Why? Because they did not pursue righteousness as being grounded in trusting but as if it were grounded in doing legalistic works. They stumbled over the stone that makes people stumble. As the Tanakh puts it. Romans 9:32-33
But they tried to deceive him with their words, they lied to him with their tongues; for their hearts were not right with him, and they were unfaithful to his covenant. Psalms 78:36-37
Righteousness as being grounded in trusting (faith or believing, same word for the most part). The Lord made a simple point to me this morning, nothing new, but the way he pointed it out it seemed new.
Yeshua said any man preaching and telling you what the bible or their religious beliefs are saying is a whore church system. Which is basically them all. Religion is the “stone that makes the people stumble.” We would rather listen to someone who tells us how to act and what to believe than to know and obey the Lord Yeshua. But the bible is full of verses telling us we are to hear and obey the Lord Yeshua as he is the only way to the Father. He is the only one who can make us Holy as he is Holy, his Spirit working in us. The whore religion system even tells us to play it safe and not go too deep in the Spirit because it is dangerous. Just to trust in the doctrine which tells us to believe it is done with Jesus on the cross and his grace is good enough. Because if you go deep with God you will lose your salvation (even though most of the teachings tell you that you cannot lose your salvation once you obtain it.)
It is crazy to me to listen to people and their logic (lies). For example the catholics tell you a dead person is in heaven, but at the same time they are in purgatory and need special masses and donations and prayer to get them into heaven? How can they be in both places at the same time? The vaccinated people tell you we all need to get vaccinated or the vaccine does not work, that their kids will get the virus if my kid does not get it? Personally speaking I want my kids to get these viruses so they build up immunity. At the same time they believe the vaccines work or they would not do them. But the question is if they worked then why does my kid have to get them to protect your kid who got them?
The christians will tell you that you are saved by grace and once saved always saved. But if you speak out against them after believing in their lie, and point out the truth. Then you are not saved anymore. So how can it be both?
The Lord has shown me many of these contradictions in the religious and political world which we live in. And making the simple point that these people are sick for their beliefs. They cannot and do not see the lies they believe in and cannot tell the truth or see the truth if it was in front of their face, which it is.
I did not go to church with my wife today, but the message was pretty good about knowing God and obedience to him. But there was a guy in the front row who kept speaking out about grace and how we have a lawyer in Jesus and how she was wrong in her preaching. The videos my wife sent showed she just ignored him and kept telling the truth using bible verses to back up what she said.
The point is this guy ignored them all and did not want to learn anything. He was there to only push the lies he believes in and in an angry way.
Which leads me to ask the question WHY? What is the purpose? As a true believer in God, one that hears him and follows him and obeys him. I do not care about anyone else’s doctrine they want to believe in. If you want to believe in the lies, go ahead. I tell what God tells me or shows me. But if you chose to follow a man made religion instead (the whore church system). Go ahead, I warned you and told you the truth, but it is your decision. I am not going to go to your whore church and argue with you, I know it won’t make a difference.
I also know that what I write according to what Yeshua shows me also won’t make a difference in 99.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of the people who read this. And that is OK, it is that .00000000000000000000000001% that hears it and repents and turns from their sinful life that matters. I only share what God wants me to share, you take it or leave it. But I did my part of what God expects of me.
Yeshua reminded me more than once today of how the majority of the people follow religious doctrine which is less than 200 years old. Either the grace doctrine by Johnny Sunday, or the JW or the later day saints. The founders of these doctrines were all from the late 1800’s, yet most people who follow them seem to think it was what Yeshua, or Paul opr {Peter was teaching and all the years in between was a lie and twisted? The catholics also believe their doctrine is the original, and ignore the fact the Greeks changed a lot of things around 300 AD.
This is nothing new if you read what the Lord shows me and I post. But he made the point again, then so do I. It is an extremely important point. We believe in the doctrine of demons which most of it was started 150 years ago, and believe it to be from the son of God we now call Jesus instead of Yeshua. And that what Yeshua (Jesus) taught was wrong. Because if you read the bible, even the twisted versions. It is still clear we are to hear and obey the Lord. It is just camouflaged so we do not see it. QWith doing certain things like making the bible the word instead of the Son Yeshua, and telling the people no one hears the Lord speak anymore. It changes it all. The devil has us believing this at this level, and we do not understand we follow the doctrine of demons just as it is written in the bible.
Why can we not see this??? I spent 45 years of my life not seeing this lie in the catholic church system. And my relatives in their 80’s like my dad and aunt still cannot see it? They stay in their catholic religion.
Because I seeked the Lord with all my heart, mind and soul, I found him. He speaks to me and I follow him, he calls me by name… See John chapter 10. And he shows me and leads me into all truth. And in that truth I see these lies and how these lies have no explanation, again using the example of how can you be in heaven and purgatory at the same time? Or why vaccinate if you can still get the virus from an unvaccinated person?
These people make no sense and have no logic. It is like arguing with complete idiots.
One last thing, Paul wrote a few times as recorded in the Common Jewish Bible, he used the word “dumb” When referring to people. The other versions softened the word, but he said it like that, Yeshua used harsh words also, like telling the Jewish leaders they followed their father the devil. So telling people they are acting like idiots if they cannot see the craziness in their lies is not anything different. And as it says in the bible, you will be like your teacher. My teacher is the one who said this, Yeshua.
