It is actually being reported that there is sexual sin among you, and it is sexual sin of a kind that is condemned even by pagans — a man is living with his stepmother! Hand over such a person to the Adversary for his old nature to be destroyed, so that his spirit may be saved in the Day of the Lord. “It takes only a little hametz to leaven a whole batch of dough?” In my earlier letter I wrote you not to associate with people who engage in sexual immorality. 10 I didn’t mean the sexually immoral people outside your community, or the greedy, or the thieves or the idol-worshippers — for then you would have to leave the world altogether! 11 No, what I wrote you was not to associate with anyone who is supposedly a brother but who also engages in sexual immorality, is greedy, worships idols, is abusive, gets drunk or steals. With such a person you shouldn’t even eat! 1 Corinthians 5:1,5-6, 9-11
The message of the Lord today was not much different than a few weeks back when one of my partners in the condo project said to me, “I thought you were a christian?” He said this because of telling one of the other partners I did not want to talk with her, and to please leave me alone. She would not stop trying to get me to engage, and I kept saying please leave me alone. Both of these couples are catholic, so supposedly sharing a similar faith as me. However our faith or beliefs are 100% the opposite. And as Paul wrote, have nothing to do with them. Where their belief says the opposite, we are supposed to accept the sins and faults of others as OK so they accept our sins as OK and we all get along. Except they seem to forget the part in the back of their minds about the gossiping, because they all talk behind the backs of one another, and of course behind my back as well.
I really do not care about that part, it is a part of life. But what I do care about is I want my peace and tranquility in the Lord. And I know his message which is strict. We are NOT to sin, not just change a little thinking or hoping it is OK with God and do our confession or sinners prayer, and believe in some lawyer god who protects us from the mean old man god.
The point God is making is really bringing two points together, which they all intertwine in the end, The first point is about our doctrine. Because whatever doctrine we follow or believe in is what we practice. We must understand the one point that what we believe in and let into our mind is what we will be or act out as in life. Believing in this lawyer concept gives us a license to practice sin and it is OK. So why would we try to change and be right with God? After all, we do not have to according to our doctrine and beliefs about our God. Or the confession thing, it also is telling us we will keep sinning and to just come to confession to get it taken away, as if a priest has the authority to forgive sins.
The thing is all church people and their doctrine allow or practice sin without any way to stop it. So they come up with their own doctrine to allow it and ways to get around it with Adonai, but it is all a lie.
This is why I do not go to church. This is why I do not associate with my neighbors anymore than I have to to conduct business. This is why I really have very few friends, and the few I would call friends I see maybe once a month. And we talk by phone maybe once a week.
Instead I spend my time with the Lord, hearing his truth, wanting to have others who want to practice or follow the true doctrine which leaves no room for sin in your life. And the doctrine which tells you clearly you need to know and follow Yeshua or else there is no way to be saved and purified. It is not possible apart from him and his Spirit.
The whole message of the bible is simple, hear and obey the Lord and he will keep you on the narrow path, and as long as you work out what he works in you will stop sinning. It is not so much about the sin he concerns himself with, it is the dysfunction which comes with it and ruins your life and others. There is no justice or righteousness in sin. When you walk according to the Lord and his righteousness, then you cannot sin.
As long as you allow people in your life who practice sin and remain in it and teach others to do the same. You will then start to do as they do and not as you should do.
In Psalms 106:34-36 it says “They failed to destroy the peoples, as Adonai had ordered them to do, but mingled with the nations and learned to follow their ways. They went on to serve their idols.” This verse is a tough one, because are we supposed to destroy or kill these people like before? Aren’t we kind of in that position today with the US against Iran? Obviously Iran has a very different opinion of who their god is and what to do. They basically have an idea that they are supposed to kill all of us who do not believe as they do, especially Jews and christians. Thank God I am not a christian, but a follower of Yeshua. Although many confuse me as A christian because of reading the bible, and believing in the true doctrine the Lord Yeshua shows me.
It is not for me to tell you if you should destroy a nation like trump as threatened, or not. It is each person’s individual place with hearing and then obeying Yeshua. For me he is fulfilling the scripture Paul wrote above, and made that point to me many years ago. Stay away from fake religious sinners who will lead you astray. And keep the common folk an arms length away. We are to be in the world but not of it.
As an example back when I was first in the business, there was a big deal with the new laws about gay marriages, and a woman who refused to give the wedding certificate to a gay couple because of her religious beliefs. She was going against the new law, and was a worker in the government. So there was this big debate amongst the different religious people as to did she do right or is she wrong, and do we do business with gay people.
I had done real estate transactions with gay people. But instead of listening to the normal religious doctrine of this doctrine versus that doctrine all supposedly being christian. I prayed to God and asked him what I should do. His answer was “who are you going to do business with if you do not do business with sinners? He did not say the next part but I know what he has told me in other discussions, which is where do you draw the line about sin? Which sin is not forgivable, or if a person does the same sin over and over, at what point did that person cross a line of no coming back?
The other point or problem is how do you try to disciple the nations if you do not mingle with the sinners?
The Jewish leaders made problems with Yeshua because of this one, saying he hung out with sinners, to which he replied, “ a healthy person does not need a doctor, it is the unhealthy ones.” Keep in mind none of them were healthy as such and the Jews sinned also and why he called them hypocrites all the time. They had their pet sins and looked down on everyone else’s sin as being unacceptable, while theirs was OK in their opinion with God.
What is different with the current religious generation? As a simp-le example many churches push gays out of their church, but a man and woman living together unwedded or chetaing on their spouse, they accept in the church.
Remember the Lord Yeshua came, died to release the world of sin, “IF” you will receive the Holy Spirit whom he sent. It is the work of the Holy Spirit to take what the Father says and whisper it into your ear and lead you into all understanding, all righteousness. The Holy Spirit WILL lead you into perfection or a place where you no longer sin, “IF” you will listen and obey. We have no excuses today to remain in sin. Before Yeshua came we had excuses because there was no Spirit to guide us like now.
The religious people believe in their doctrine, and it is not possible to change them. They get comfortable in the dysfunction they get from the sinful behavior. A perfect example is a woman in the church my wife goes to who lost a daughter to cancer and a divorce around the same time. She is one of those who is as religious as it gets, even the way she prays is like the rest of them, with many rambling words, mostly the same words over and over as if God needs to hear the same ones over and over to grant your selfish desires, which in the end he didn’t. Because her prayers were to save her daughter from dying, while at the same time not asking him what to do to save her, but making her own decisions to follow a corrupt worldly doctor.
Keep in mind what I wrote a few days ago and a few times. This medical system is designed to do two things, keep us broke and use it to get people to pay for them to make you sick and kill you. This young daughter is a perfect example. You go to the doctor who is treating her and do what she says and spend a lot of money, getting sicker by the day and then dying.
The interesting thing is her doctor told her to find someone to help with good nutrition, and Cinthya my wife helped her to eat better. In between treatments her cancer changed dramatically for the better when eating correctly. The doctor was surprised. So what did the mother do? The same as my mom when God healed her in the same way. They both ran back to the doctor who then did more chemo, reversing all the good changes the healthy eating and living fixed.
So the two points with this seem pretty self explanatory don’t they? It makes the point I have made many times about how the whole worldly system is set up to destroy you. The medical system takes your wealth and your health. The government system takes your wealth with taxes and then you are paying for them to take your freedoms away in the interest of what they tell you is safety. And the reason they are successful is because no one follows the Holy Spirit and runs to these men, teachers and leaders who tell them lies which that person wants to believe is true so they can take the easy path in life.
The problem is it ends up not being the easy path, it causes a lot of problems, because again the end game is to take your health, both physical and mental, and your wealth. Keeping you away from God and his righteousness.
This is allowed by God with this in mind. God is doing it for your good and satan for your bad. God is hoping for you to repent, to get to the end of yourself like I did and seek the truth. Where satan wants you to stay put and suffer needlessly and with a hope of you cursing the true living God for your suffering.
Let’s look at two examples of this playing out, mine first of all. Because in my case, knowing what the doctrine was being taught to me about grace and Jesus being my lawyer. When all hell broke loose, I seeked some truth and help and healing from God. Not with just a rambling prayer one or two times, but a serious gut check seeking over and over and over. Until one day Yeshua spoke to me and started the process of leading me into all righteousness. That narrow path I was now on also healed me in all ways. I learned from him what this world is doing to us, how the laws are set up to keep you poor, miserable and away from the truth. They push divorce, that profits the evil men, not the righteous ones. And there are some loop holes to live in this world but not be of it. And Yeshua will show those to you, so you live in such a way as to be rich when you may be poor? In my case he made us rich in material wealth as well as in the Spirit which is the only thing important to me.
On the other hand the lady who lost her daughter is still doing the same things, still fat and unhealthy. Last weekend when at church for some cooking classes she was in charge of that weekend, she brought cake and other sweets to eat at 10 in the morning. It is SOOOO obvious she has not changed nor repented of anything. And she follows and believes in this grace doctrine with Jesus as her lawyer. She does not see it as her being responsible for the death of her daughter by following the world’s ways and not Gods. And still responsible for her own sins as she keeps on defying her body as well. Because if you learn anything about healthy eating, you know to stay away from three main things. Sugars, processed or packaged foods and trans fats, which if you look at most sweets these are the three ingredients in it with nothing healthy at all.
Last point for today the Lord is making in regards to this. Which of us would say it is impossible to stop this sin against her body? Remaining fat and unhealthy? It is a simple thing to stop, you simply change what you eat. My wife and I are older than her but in perfect health. The difference is when they served cake last weekend, my wife did not eat it like they all did. My wife also made a point to one of the leaders in the church about it because she called my wife. With the main point being what are we really teaching in this class? How to eat right according to God? Or just how to cook the same trash as everyone else and keep receiving the same outcomes as everyone else? Isn’t the purpose of God to set us apart where when people look at us they see something very different than the rest? The world will judge you based on their beliefs, just like my neighbor did because I refused to talk with my other neighbor who only wanted to argue about pointless things. I have been down that path with her before and no longer want anything to do with it.
The two points on this. First one is he sets us apart for our sakes but also for others to see it is possible. Because how difficult is it to stop eating trash and start eating good healthy food? If it is healing your daughter when the doctor’s way was making her sicker, then why do you go back to it? It is not an impossible thing to do. Anyone can do it.
My main sin’s were using God’s name in vain, which the day I really met him, it stopped. I knew he deserved my full respect and that was a HUGE disrespect. My other main sins were drinking too much and getting drunk and chasing women. Those stopped also, how? I stopped hanging out with the people who wanted to do those things, and they stopped.
The point is for you to name a sin that is impossible to stop? And to think of how you do not practice certain sins that others do. Like if you are not gay it is easy to condemn a gay person and believe they need to stop it. But your sin of using God’s name in vain is ok for example. I was guilty of that when being a catholic and finding out my brother was gay. My sins of cursing, drinking too much and women was OK, I just had to go to confession, but my brother was a different story. So I thought!?!?
Do you get the point yet? There is no sin you can tell me that a person is not able to stop doing. It is in your mind that your sin is OK with God and that you cannot stop it. But why can you not stop it? Because of your doctrine first of all. With the true doctrine of Yeshua telling you the opposite which is to stop sinning and he will help you to achieve it. Instead of him being a lawyer so you can keep sinning. He sent the Holy Spirit, you must receive him, and if you do instead of hanging out with other sinners in your “church system” which is not what Paul taught. And instead hear and obey the Spirit of God. Then you will know what I said in all this message. Which is summed up by this statement, your doctrine is what controls your life. Get rid of the people in your life who show you false doctrine and follow Yeshua and let his Spirit teach you instead of a man who is teaching you to remain in your sin.
