The Lord was showing me this morning about his light, and the fact that he is the only counselor you ever need and by far better than anyone in this world. The thing you must understand is that the men of this world are taught by other men of this world, and the more you come to understand the system, the more you come to understand it is broken and on purpose. The men who control this world (think end of times) know what they are doing to take control of the money, power and minds of the people. There father, satan is the power or source behind them, and he is way smarter than anyone here on earth.
But this is the main point of it. Men in the flesh like to hear what they want to hear. They make sin of little importance and make it OK to remain in it as if there is no way you will ever stop sinning. And in the flesh there is no way to stop. The men teachers also make receiving the Spirit a simple thing, which then saves you instantly. But it is not like that, it is a process and the length of which depends on you and how quick you are to respond. It also depends on how long you live because the process is complicated yet simple, and in different stages. But the process never stops until you stop breathing. Because we all have the opportunity to turn around and walk away and return to our vomit.
Two other points to remember about this. First is there is no way to receive the Spirit unless or until you hear God and obey what he tells you to do. It is not possible, so if you believe like many teach that God does not talk to us anymore. Their belief comes true because God will give them the great deception so they believe the lie. So he won’t speak to those who do not want to hear from them. Or more so they cannot discern the voice of God over the other voices in their heads.
The second thing is the cleansing process, to wash you clean in his blood. It takes time, the amount of time depends on you. Are you ignoring some of the things God is showing you? Or accepting them and working on them? One leads to death and hell, the other to eternal life.
Here is the thing about it. The first part is the cleansing. The disciples all went through this for the time they spent with Yeshua, and then his death. 40 days later the Spirit was given to them, but even then they still had a lot of growing to do. Keep in mind Paul and Peter had disagreements, as well as Paul had problems with other disciples. Also remember they really believed the end was coming in their lifetime, and they all sold all they had and put it in a big pot and gave out as each needed. We do not do that anymore these days.
The point is you do the first part which is the work or teaching of the Lord the cleansing period. Little by little he counsels you as you can handle it and understand it. Just like a little baby learns to cry, then talk, then walk, then run… So must we learn in our walk in the Spirit. At some point the Lord has shown you everything you need to work on and change in you, then he can give you his Spirit. It is not like the religions teach that you get the Spirit because of a prayer or service or tradition…
Right before the Spirit was given to me, the Lord gave me a vision or short dream. I was half asleep at the time. He showed me naked standing before him, and I climbed up on his lap and curled up like a baby and started sucking my thumb. It was his way of showing me he had me ready for the trip through the valley of death and to give me his Spirit, although I really did not understand it all at the time.
Very few ever get to this point in life because very few really believe it is like this. They believe in their religious theology and men teachers who tell them the lie. Keeping you in sin and out of the Kingdom of God. The thing is you either face this judgment now while alive, where the Lord shows you who you are and how you are wrong so you can fix it. Or you let the Lord show you later after you die. The latter brings a bad judgment on you. But you will face the condemnation one way or another, one day.
The other part to understand is the ongoing transition or learning process. It is one thing to be set free from sin and walk in righteousness. And another to grow in understanding because you remain in the Spirit. The more things I go through, the more understanding I have. Most of you would think my life is one that has nothing to do with God with all the trials and tribulations I have gone through. One deal after another with lawsuits that are crazy, even death threats when I do not let others take advantage of people. But those things the Lord puts me through are achieving for me a glory that far outweighs it all. Not only have I learned to not fear anything man can do to me. But also because I walk in righteousness in him, I know there is nothing to fear in the lawsuits because the one filing them is the one who is wrong and trying to screw me.
For example with my ex wife taking me to court like 10 times, not once did it result in anything bad for me, and contrary, there were times where my child support was reduced, so as the verse goes it worked for my good. Every court date I grew less and less concerned about anything and it made me strong to face injustice without fear.
Fast forward to living in Mexico, the same thing. I had a guy sue me for supposedly kicking him out of a home. But the thing is he never moved in to kick out. If he would have been successful I could have gone to jail for up to 8 years. All he wanted was some money back from what he put down on a home he came to terms with as me as the realtor.
The latest lawsuit is really not mine to deal with, it is against my partner, but involves me because we are financially together on its outcome. The long story short, this guy really screwed himself on this one, and might end up with nothing and having to pay our attorney fees on top of it.
But again here is the thing, it is showing me many things about men and how stupid we can be in the flesh. How we cut our own throats by ignoring the light. If a person really looks at my life, they would want the outcome of it. The way we live. But they would never want the trails it takes to get to this point. Human nature always seeks the easy way out, which means you never gain anything. Nothing physical, financially but mostly nothing Spiritually. At this point in life the only thing of importance to me these days is the Spiritual. I know if that is right the rest will take care of itself.
