So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17
This verse states clearly what faith is. Another verse says the same in a different way, be not only hears of the word but doers also. The word is Yeshua, not your bible. The word became flesh and dwelt amongst us. The bible is not flesh, it is paper and it never dwelt amongst us. The bible is not the word nor ever has been. So do not confuse this and make the bible the word of God. If you do then you never will come into righteousness.
The men with the most bible knowledge and strong religious beliefs never come to know God. They are always learning and never able to come to an understanding, and Paul said “from such stay away.”
The Lord keeps showing me how easy it is to get ensnared with religion and a twisted version of the bible. Because keep in mind a few things, first there are around 50 different translations of the bible, all with a different message, so which is the voice of God? Second and more important, the bible has been changed, it is not exactly what was written. This has happened many times over the years. The third thing is the gospels were not written by the actual disciple whose name it bears. It was written many years later and written based on how the story was told over the years. It is impossible for the story not to have changed some over many different people speaking and many different times it was told.
So the main point again, the bible is NOT the word and it cannot save you. You must hear the word (Yeshua) and obey him. Any other belief system is going to lead you astray and leave you short of the glory of God which also means you will not be with God in heaven someday. The Father expects you to know his perfect will and obey it above all else. If you do not know him and his will, how are you going to be pleasing to him? Because in the end we are saved or cast into hell because of our works. We are judged by our works.
All I speak is truth from Yeshua. What he shows me which is the main message over and over, hear him and obey him unto righteousness. Nothing else matters, your religious beliefs nor reading the bible nor going to church… Nothing else can save you other than knowing Yeshua and obeying him. The rest of what I write is simply things he told me. Things of what to repent of, what to change in my life and give up. He changes your belief system which then changes our works. And when your works no longer prevail, but you have changed in your mind to now do only what Yeshua shows you to do, then your works are no longer of you but are of God and they are righteous and perfect in him.
Also, something the Lord showed me many times over, but most recent with the conversation I had. It is so confusing when speaking with religious men. In my conversation with this guy he said he did not believe in the once saved always saved doctrine, yet he said he was saved. How can it be both? This is a question the Lord asked me. Because I do not see myself saved with nothing more to do. I know I am as capable as the next guy, As the worst sinner ever, to stop obeying Yeshua and go back to the mire I came from. I am not saved until the day I physically die and meet my Lord and have done so while remaining in his real grace and perfection. You are never saved because of a prayer or certain thing that happened to you, there is no date of salvation. It is an ongoing process of remaining in his truth, way and light. But according to this guy he is already saved. Which then the Lord made the point that anyone who believes like this has never been saved and does not know him and his truth. We must work out our salvation with fear and trembling our entire life, not just a short time.
So then you might argue (as many do) about having our names written in the book of life, and predestination. And yes the bible speaks of it, but not like they preach. It is not that you are in or out once an event happens. It is written in the book of life because God knows you are one of the few who will come into righteousness in him and remain in it forever, eternity. He already sees eternity, we only see the past and hear and now. We do not know if our name is written in the book of life until we die.
Now, with this said, I can also tell you that if I maintain the righteous relationship I currently have with God, then I will be in. I see the work he has done in me, and I know the decisions I have made in him to change my life to line up with his will. I know the sacrifices I have made, major decisions that others not only do not make or do, but most think I am crazy for doing them and do not believe they are of God. Many people over the years have told me I follow a demon, which the Pharisees also said the same about Yeshua, so it does not bother me. My focus is on my works, are my works bearing good fruit or bad fruit? If the results are bad, then it is obvious it is not of God. But if the results are good then it must be of God.
This can be confusing also because many of the results you see as good, man sees as bad. For example with my older girls who do not speak with me. It is easy to say based on man’s wisdom that my fruit was bad to move to Mexico and leave them. And that I should only tell them what they want to hear so they want to have a relationship. But what these people do not understand is first of all, I tried that and it did not work. No matter what I did my ex kept them from me. Second, Yeshua is very clear, he who loves his wife, son, daughter, parents… More than me is not worthy of me. Bowing down to them to get them to love you is putting them above the righteous ways of God and will always bear bad fruit. And the funny thing is I see this over and over, where that relative or friend they do things for to please them keeps both people in sin and dysfunction. I have written many times about this and how it played out in my life. And the normal religious man cannot understand it because they do not hear and obey God and make up their own doctrine which normally puts family and friends in front of God and then makes it like that is what God wants and is smiling up in heaven about them and is pleased. But it is a lie.
This is the main reason men never come into perfection. Because they think their way is Gods way when it is not. And they believe it is because they go to church, listen to preachers, listen to youtube or other videos from men teaching. They read their bibles… And it all agrees with their religious beliefs. But none of it is of God, none! It is of satan, the father of all lies which takes what is written and spoken in the church system which is supposed to be of God, and twists it so it has very little to do with God and his will and way.
So the question for you (which is from God) is. “Why do you want to follow men and not God? And then when things go really wrong, why do you complain to me and expect me to fix it for you when you made your own problems?”
You see God is a God of avoiding man made problems. There are problems which will come from obeying him, which are not yours to fight. He shows us how to do things right which bring his perfect peace. But we do it our own way which never brings Godly peace. It might bring a short term peace because people like it when you do things for them. But long term it does the opposite and never brings Godly peace.
