“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’ Matthew 7:21-23
Interesting developments with the assasination of Charlie Kirk, a man who had a very strong opinion, and most all of it based on morals and religious beliefs. He was famous for saying prove me wrong, after telling it like it is. He faced so many crazy messed up people who were pretending to be boys when they were girls, girls when they were boys, maybe a cat or dog or whatever they claimed to be. And he was right with what he spoke of, just because you might be crazy and pretend to be something you are not, does not mean we have to go along with it. Morally he was a very good man, maybe as good as they get.
BUT did he know God? It is one thing to read your bible and try to do as the Lord Yeshua did, and obey as many of the laws as possible. And it does help a lot in walking through life in a good way. But no matter how much you learn, it will not lead you to the Kingdom of heaven. As Paul wrote “they are always learning, but not able to come to an understanding, and from such stay away.”
When resting a little just now, the Lord reminded me of a vision he gave me of a tree with many branchesAnd the branches represent the different belief systems, mostly political and religious, but also atheists and those who do not care one way or the other. E showed me how I had been on a journey, moving from one branch to another. I would walk up the branch for a while to figure out this was not the right way, and turn around. Yeshua showed me how many people would think I am crazy because I was going the opposite direction as them. Then when back to the main trunk, satan would push me off on the next branch of religion. Only to repeat this process over and over.
Yeshua was showing me how I was seeking but doing so in religion, and could never find truth. I knew him, heard him, and mostly obeyed him. But I also let religions mold and shape my mind into their way of thinking. I knew some of it was a lie, but there were lies they told I did believe which kept me from the truth. This process speeded up as I went from church to church because I saw the lies quicker and moved on or had talks with the preachers which got me kicked out.
But the point of the vision was to show me that God and salvation exist only on the narrow straight path in the middle of the tree. If you veer off in either direction you are not going to find the truth and salvation. Eventually I did find the narrow path and then came to know everything as to why we cannot please God without the Spirit. No matter how moral you live, no matter how close you follow the bible, no matter how much you deny yourself of things. It is not pleasing to God.
Many times I have written of the example of how my wife or friends do something and thinking it is a great service for me, and I do not like it. As an example my wife rearranged my stuff in the cabinet again. There was nothing wrong the way it was, and now I have to relearn where things are. Another example is one of our owners complained about how certain things were decorated. Personally I do not care so I told her to do what she wants. Now she is always looking for praise from me for how she did things, which to me I liked how it was better.
Do you get the point? It is we do things on our own, how we like it. Then expect others to appreciate it as being a great thing, when the person just wanted things left alone. We do this to God all the time, but the difference is God does not speak back to us and tell us, he just ignores our own works of unrighteousness no matter how righteous we think they are. God only speaks and listens to those who seek his perfect will. Not the ones who seek their own will and way based on their own hearts desires and truths (which are lies). There is only one way pleasing to God, and it is not your way, nor mine, it is only doing it his way through knowing the Spirit and obeying what he tells you.
So back to Charlie Kirk, did he do that? Did he push the relationship? Or did he push being morally good because of your own works of reading your bible and studying a lot? In all the things Charlie spoke of it was always about morally being a good person, never once did I hear him speak of knowing God and obeying him. And this is the problem, it is not the narrow path, it is one of the branches of the tree which keeps you from knowing God when you think you are in good standing with God. So his testimonies lure in a lot of people, but keep them on the wide path and separated from God. Even if he kept all the law of the bible (which no man can in the flesh). He still would not get into heaven nor will his followers.
The thing I can say for Charlie is thank you for your voice, because he stood up to the BIG sin of today. The sexual sin as in the times of Noah and Sodom and Gomorrah. He called a spade a spade, a man a man when the man wanted to be a woman or dog or whatever. It did not seem to matter much because that trend continues, and actually shows just how sick people are these days when they kill a man for his voice and then laugh and rejoice in his death because he did not go along with their theology. Which leads me to believe we are getting closer by the second to the end and the tribulation. There are so many evil things happening and no one is standing up to them like Charlie did to reverse it or stop it. Most do not care or maybe they care but remain quiet.
For me, I only post what God shows me, and do what he tells me to do. Which he has never told me to take a stand against anything, the opposite. Let them be what they will be, and let the end come because it is the will of God. But also talk about what he shows me, in the hope that a few would repent and turn from their own ways to knowing and obeying Yeshua.
The funny thing is if anyone reads what I post, I would piss off both sides. The ones who hated Charlie because I agree with him and state so openly. And also those who think he was a great man and for sure in heaven. This is the point, the middle branch of the tree is small and narrow and very few find it. And on one side of this branch is the unrighteous filth of the world, and the other the ones trying to be moral and good on their own terms. Making up their religious beliefs and telling you it is of God twisting a few bible verses to support it. But never telling you to know and obey the Lord.
Please seek God and his perfect way and stop trying to learn your way to heaven, or worse being one of the evil pushing sexual dysfunction and unrighteousness to others, pushing the agenda of satan.
