Enter his gates with thanksgiving, enter his courtyards with praise; give thanks to him, and bless his name. For Adonai is good, his grace continues forever, and his faithfulness lasts through all generations. Psalms 100:4-5
The Lord just keeps showing me how we are so stupid in our belief system which keeps us away from knowing him. Many times he has shown me that everything is a religion obviously the religions themselves, but so is atheism as it is a belief of no God. Politics is a religion, family values or lack of are a religion.
We substitute these religions and in most cases combinations of the religions for the truth which is only in Yeshua. Many people believe in their religion, their political beliefs, and their family values, having a combination of them all which makes up their idea of truth.
A couple of points, first looking at my father in law who is still with us both physically in my home, and being alive. He seems stronger today. He looks like a ghost and needs some sunlight, but he is breathing better and he is getting around much better. Which makes a point you really need to understand about your health and medical treatment.
When the doctor saw him, he really gave him around a zero % chance to make it until monday, he should easily do that unless something crazy happens. My guess is the doctor will be extremely surprised come monday. So this makes a point, if he was in the hospital instead he probably would have died. They would have started filling him up with drugs and feeding him the trash foods they make. Where my wife simply fed him real food, no trash, and very little in meds. She also did an inhaler machine.
The point is so many people are seeking free health care, thinking it is a must and what will keep them alive and well. My father in law is almost 80 and never had it, we have gone without for over 10 years. My opinion is we are all better off without it. Our bodies are able to heal themselves and even adapt to toxins and survive at least for a while. It is exactly what is happening with my father in law, he eats so many toxins for years, smoking, drinking coke, eating really bad carbs in trash breads… His main savior is he eats a lot of eggs and fasts a lot not because he really chooses to but because he has no money to eat.
The point is this, the medical system as it has become is trash. They only want to put you on drugs and do surgeries. Which both cause other problems you have to fix. And it also costs you a LOT of money, which most do not even understand how much because you do not even care to look at your bills, the insurance companies pay it for you. Then you are pissed when your health insurance premium goes up 20% a year. A quick example, the birth of my son here in Tijuana was $3,000 dollars with a c-section and 2 days in a private room. In California it would have been $50,000. Your deductible and or copays would have been more than $3,000. So why is a hospital 5 miles away in San Diego more than 10 times more expensive? Mostly because of hiding the cost in the insurance premiums. And malpractice insurance. Another example is my dads meds when he was taking them, the copay in the US was more than just buying them here in cash, not to mention the insurance cost. Remember when my dad was in the US he must have had over $1,000,000 in claims, including in and out of the hospital the last few years he lived there. When my sister asked to move him here, we agreed, but I told her I was going to do it my way, she agreed.
My way has caused him to lose a lot of weight, stop all but one med for pain, and not once has he been in the hospital nor even came close to needing to go. I changed his diet and stopped the vaccines, and slowly eliminated the meds. Even with the meds his blood pressure was high around 160/100+, now without it is low, normally 125/70 range.
The point once again is the medical system is killing us and costing us a lot of money, so why do we push for more pain in premiums and physical suffering when the answer is somewhere else?
Another point the Lord is making to me, one thing you have to deal with can teach you multiple things, it is showing me these things and my wife other things which help her see what I have been trying to tell her all these years and she did not want to see because of love for her family over love of the truth. Family first, which is very deep in Mexico and many “christian” religions push it also.
Along this line, this morning the Lord put in my mind how much I suffered when my older daughters stopped seeing me. And how I moved on, and got ridiculed by people because of it. But he also showed me or made it clear what I thought back then was the biggest trial ever and a huge suffering, is actually the opposite. He put it on my mind if I would go back and do it where they were in my life along with all the dysfunction of their mom? A quick answer is absolutely NOOOOOOO. No relationship in this world is worth the peace and joy and love I have in Yeshua and his way. And if I was still there I would not have my wife, who is on the same narrow path as me, nor my younger kids, which I cherish a lot. Especially my son, my flesh and blood and promised one. He is extremely special. This morning he came out with me while sitting and watching the ocean and cuddled up, so I told him he is the most special person in my life, more than anyone else, because he is. Our relationship is exactly how it is supposed to be, one of respect and true love. He is growing up in an environment where it is fostered, and it shows. He has his moments, very few, but does everything the way he is supposed to.
So why would I want to give that up to go back to a dysfunctional relationship with the older girls who wanted me to obey them in order to have a relationship? Well more so obey their mom through them. Most of us however stay in these relationships and suffer tremendously because of it, when it is time to move on to what God has in store for you. We must remember this one thing, who we were before knowing Yeshua and what he does in us, and who we are after are two different men. It is not that he is great with the sin you did before you knew him, because he is not and you will pay a price for it. But he also paid the price for it on the cross, not so you can stay in it, but so you can remove yourself from it and start over as a new man in the Messiah.
I keep seeing these videos of how God separates a man who is moving into righteousness with him, and he certainly did to me, and at first it did not seem right, everyone questions how you could leave your daughters? While I did not leave them, they left me.
So another point on this subject, Cinthya’s brothers. One went through a divorce and had a young one on the side who is now causing him major problems. Not to go into them, but he brought them on himself with his choices, and he must get himself out of it in two ways. First truly repenting and moving away from the sin, but also seeking Yeshua and his truth which can set him free. Because he does need to be set free of somethings just like I did some 15 plus years ago.
The point my wife and I were discussing is how we all have these issues which cause us much pain and suffering, and we either repent and truly turn to God for forgiveness and healing by obedience to him. Or remain in our sin and expect God to be the one to pick up the pieces.
The interesting thing is the verse from Psalms above is taken out of context and the word grace becomes a description for the second thing above, to remain in your sin and God is OK with it and will make it OK, just trust in him. But to trust in him means you hear him and obey him, and if you do, then you will for sure enter the gates with thanksgiving and praise to him.
I LOVE the ways of God, I would never think to go back to my old life. I am in awe and give thanks to God daily for my life in him the way it is now. And his mercy does endure forever, but only to those who repent and know him like this. Otherwise his plagues will come upon you like they did the Egyptians.
To finish this, my wife is seeing clearly the dysfunction in the family and why it is sooo important to separate yourself from it the best you can. The only help for anyone is in Yeshua, and it requires change, but people do not change. They keep eating the same trash foods, taking the same trash drugs and vaccines, going back to the same sin. But they expect things to get better and for God to forgive them with this cheap grace which does not exist and never has.
This is why the dysfunction is just as high and sometimes higher in religious people. The normal people just keep doing it because they do not know better and think it is the right way to do it. That there is no consequence for it. That somehow it is simply bad luck with no way out.
But the religious people not only believe this, they also believe God is good with it and will bless them and or get them out of it, even without any change on their end. This does not work and never will, it is not the “way” of God. His way is you come to know him and stop living to the world and its dysfunction and sin, and live in a righteous way in him.
This is when you will give thanksgiving and praise and be in awe of your life, not until.
With thanksgiving coming up in a few days, ponder this one and make it the best one ever. It is right to be thankful and give God praise.
