These past few years, as our assets have grown. I have had to figure out how and where to invest the money. Because at one time, being an investment advisor or stock broker or whatever title you want to use. And really following the economy and understanding it much better than most do. Partially because the little they actually teach in school, which is slim to none. But as much so for even those who studied economics in college and have a degree. The things they teach are not really what is going on. It is getting so bad, that if you listen to anything from the mainstream media. Like CNBC, you would be advised to do the opposite of whatever they are telling you to do. When they say buy, I sell, and when they say sell, I buy.
We must understand that this world is really run by a few people, and they have the deck of cards stacked in their favor, and just like a casino, they take your money little by little in many ways. The house always wins.
So how do you win? Not to be super rich like they are, but at least to stay ahead of the game and build assets instead of losing them all to the system?
Well the first thing you do is not to when listening to the mainstream media, look at the underlying reason they are speaking the way they are, and as said almost always you will need to do the opposite of what they say in order to be successful. The same principle applies to your health, what you eat, taking vaccines and other meds, what you put on your body and in your mouth especially products to stop bad odors… In almost every aspect of my life, I do the opposite of what they tell us, and it works really well.
So let’s apply it to the Spiritual world, because this is where it really counts. And the reason for the choice of the verse today, is to make the point of paying attention to who you follow. Because the soldiers of Egypt were following the Pharos instructions, which lead to their death, a death that was not in and of God so they not only died in this world, but instantly found out that who they followed led them to a very bad place separated from God for eternity.
If you are following men of this world with your finances, your health, your Spiritual well being. You will fail. The devil has these things well under control and set up to destroy you. Ideally he wants you broke, fat and unhealthy, and without any spiritual connection to the Lord, which also then leads to mental illnesses. You will know them by their fruit. And as I look around at the people I know. Most of which are ‘christian or catholic” I see bad fruit. I see them broke, fat and unhealthy and they know nothing about God and what he wants. Instead they are being led down a path of unrighteousness which tells them to take the easy path instead of the difficult one. And because they are following a religion or maybe atheism and do not even believe in a God, they are lost and will be led down the same path as the Egyptian soldiers and in an instant it is over with no way to escape. All because they followed the one they thought was the best leader. I keep thinking of the German soldiers also who followed hitler and were very evil and thought they would be in control forever. But it came to a swift end, and they paid the price in this world and unless they truly repented, the next.
All these people live like there is no God. Or that God is not a righteous God demanding righteousness and is OK with whoever they are and how they act.
So this is the main point God made to me going back to my knowledge of investments. I listen to many people, and study many things, then I make decisions of what seems like the best option to invest, and again sometimes it is from listening to the mainstream media and doing the opposite of what they say. Also keeping in mind something said many times, and using a direct quote from president obama, “if you flood them with information from all angles, they will not know what to believe.” This is going on today, we have the mainstream media telling us one thing, and the dooms day or conspiracy theory people telling us something totally different. And a lot of information in between. This applies to every aspect of your life. With most of the people, at least 85% of them following whatever the leaders tell you to do. Just look at the number of people who took a deadly unproven shot for covid simply because the leaders said you have to otherwise grandma will die. And even forcing many to take it to keep their jobs or travel. These days little by little we are seeing more and more information come out about just how bad these jabs are, yet they keep the same agenda making it sound like you are better off with the jab than without. From my personal experience, I do not know even one person who died from covid. I do know one who went to the hospital and died in the hospital, and they put covid on his death certificate. But I would argue if it was covid or his health conditions, plus lack of care and them giving him toxic drugs.
On the other hand I know in double digit numbers of people who died from the shot, although the same thing, how do you prove it when they cover it up with something else, many times with just saying sudden death and unknown why.
So here is the real point, pulling all this together. I go out and listen to many people on how to invest. Based on my experience and what I see happening. I do this when most people work 9-5, then go to a bar for happy hour or home to watch tv and entertain themselves. I find figuring out how to invest entertaining, so it is a plus. And I have been successful.
We made the majority of our money in real estate from both sales and then investing in good opportunities. Flipping some and keeping some for rentals. Today there are not many opportunities to do that, so we have had to look elsewhere, plus I want to diversify some especially with real estate not being liquid. Over the years we kept most of the money in US dollars as the Peso dropped. But about 8 years ago, I noticed a trend where the dollar was losing to the peso, so we switched everything to pesos. Since then the Peso to the dollar went from about $25 to as this is written right at $18. Most of the money was transferred at around $22 to $20.50 range. We also are able to get a much higher return of over 10% in Mexico on fixed accounts which is well above the inflation rate of around 4.5% here in Mexico. So we made around 20% on the devaluation of the US dollar as well as double digit interest. At the same time most of our real estate holdings more than doubled not to mention all the rent we earned.
Also we invested in silver, which this past year has more than doubled, up about 115% year to date and going higher. A long story why it is doing so well, but the main thing is there is a serious lack of physical silver and a huge demand, supply and demand issues which always translate to higher prices.
So to make two points after all this build up. The first one is while most people are seeking entertainment and the government to take care of them, giving free health care and free this and that, while working 9-5 making other people rich (just like the leaders want from us). I do the opposite and the funny thing is we get ridiculed for it. We do not buy and drive new cars, fancy purses and watches for my wife… We are conservative and built up wealth being that way. Plus these days so many people are losing their cars because they cannot keep up payments and their homes. We paid cash for these items, as an example we are building a home now down in Guerrero and it is being built with cashflow and a little principal. But we did NOT take out a bank loan to build it. We have no concerns about any problem with not having cash flow to pay the bank back. And it is a great feeling to have a monthly budget of needing like $2,000 dollars a month to live. If we had to, we could stop the private school for the kids and get rid of our cleaning lady and drop that down to as low as $1,000 a month, basically paying for food, water and utilities.
How many of you can do that? And how many are in debt and making payments which are bringing stress as the cost of living keeps going up?
Here is the funny cycle of this, the more difficult it gets for you to live because costs are going up because they keep printing money which makes them go up. The more you call on the government to help, asking for minimum wage increases, free health care… And the more they do these things for you, the further it drives you into debt and the lack of ability to pay your bills.
I have found the ones who are supposed to protect us are the ones stealing from us. The police down here are very corrupt, as is the government. But the US government is worse, we just do not see it as clear as we can down here. The health care system is supposed to keep you healthy but it is doing the opposite by giving prescriptions instead of advice to eat good, plus the fda and cdc…. They all know that if we simply changed the food we eat back to what we used to eat, the health of the people would come back, which would drive costs down and health insurance premiums down.
The point is we do not see the problem but instead keep following the leaders who are leading us down these paths of destruction and we follow, why? Why can most people not see it?
To remain on the subject of health and insurance for it. My family has not had insurance for more than 10 years. But we eat healthy, and I know that if I go to a doctor they only want to put me on meds, they tried already. At 60 I am in good health, excellent actually and look better than most 20 year olds in my body. Why would I change what I am doing because some so called specialist says we should? When I see the fruit 85% of the people are bearing, which is evil, fat and unhealthy following the doctors orders and using their meds? Many times I have mentioned my dad who was deep in the medical system and when he came here, we changed his diet, which changed his health and he no longer uses most of the meds he did (except pain meds). So instead of following the doctor’s orders we followed the truth.
So last point today, which is in this life we need to learn from other people to live and grow. But who are you following? When it comes to investments, I read and watch videos a lot. And the Lord also puts things on my heart, he is the reason I got into real estate in the first place. But it teaches me to listen to men teachers and then decide what I want to do. The thing with God is we are to listen to him and not men and obey him. But the men like better to listen to other men and then decide what they want to do based on what they hear. The lazy ones do not listen much at all, they just get by in life, many of which these days do not even work and live off those of us who work hard and do the right things. Or off of printed money which brings inflation driving prices higher. There are ways to profit from that also. Owning stocks and real assets or commodities like silver, gold, real estate… They keep pace with inflation, your incomes do not, and every time they give a pay raise in the minimum wage, it drives inflation higher, again the people with a lack of wisdom ask for, which is defeating them and they think it is helping.
If you want the most important thing, which is your salvation to happen. We must stop listening to men and then deciding what we want to believe. For example if you listen to the pope and catholic teaching, or the latest saved by grace doctrine of christianity. Or maybe you are buddhist or islam? All of these are about following a man leader right into the fiery pit. The only one who will lead you into all righteousness which is the key to the Kingdom of Heaven, is Yeshua. It all comes down to this simple one thing, do you follow men and then try to make up your mind what will and will not save you? Or do you seek the Lord Yeshua and let him teach you and lead you into righteousness? Keep in mind the man led these other men into a watery death, where the Lord God led the Hebrews right through the water with dry land at their feet. The same path which saved the Hebrews was what killed the Egyptians.
Most of the christian religions follow the bible as their truth. And Yeshua teaches using it with me all the time. But that path called the bible and religion are not the same. One will get you through this life in good shape and into the Kingdom of Heaven, and the other leads to death. It is the same book or path, just different results.
Last point, when we listen to men and then make decisions of what to believe or not believe, we make ourselves our own god, or leader. There is no other God to follow except the Lord Yeshua, he alone is the only one who can save us, but you have to let him work in your life and then work out what he works in through obedience.
