“Now make us a king to judge us like all the nations.” 1 Samuel 8:5
This has been talked about before, the whole thing of how men choose men to rule over them and do not want it directly from God. And the message of the Lord on this is even deeper. As he shows me things like the “no Kings” movement as a protest against trump. And it amazes me how the people vote for rep this time and next time dems because they are frustrated and looking for a better option because the direction of the country right now is not making anyone happy in any way.
The problem is they all suck, they all are corrupt, and it gets worse not better. They lie and tell you things to get elected and then do the opposite. For example Trump made a lot of vows to change things, and initially it appeared he was going to. But then it changed. The biggest one he said in his first term he had no wars and would not in the second term. We are barely a year into his term and he already has been in two countries and has caused serious economical problems for many countries because of oil and Iran.
Many people from other countries thought trump was going to be the one to fix things. And he does what he does as a dictator signing executive orders and not by vote in congress.
Back to the main point which is the warning God gave the Jews through Samuel. And why the problem in the first place. Because everything was going along well, but as Samuel was getting older he made his sons judges over certain tribes. And his sons did NOT do it in justice, they accepted bribes to get rich. So the people were frustrated for obvious and good reasons. But the wisdom or lack thereof is what amazes me.
So they assume that a King would rule over with less corruption than the two appointed by Samuel? The biggest cause of suffering in the world is because of lack of wisdom, and demanding things which will make it worse for you instead of better by another route. The real answer should have been because of treason you take the two men out back and stone them to death and appoint new men according to God’s guidance.
On top of it God warned them clearly about the Kings taking 10% of everything (a tax). Taking the top workers for his own from whoever he wanted to take them. Taking whatever women he wanted for wives. Basically they would be giving up a lot to have these men rule over them, which in the end then also reduces your freedom.
This is soooooo much worse today, taxes are upwards of 50% of some peoples income, and the collar gets tighter it seems daily for your freedom. We have surveillance cameras everywhere and getting more daily. They can track everything on the internet they want. They know and can track all your money transactions (except for cash ones) so they are now limiting or making it impossible to do cash anymore. Where I live in Mexico, they just passed a law where transactions will need to be by a transfer using a card and no more cash. I have not read about it to see exactly what it all entails, it appears to be only for government services, which would be a good thing. There is SOOOOO much corruption and anytime you have cash it gets worse.
There are good points to everything, it obviously would make it harder for the cartel to do business, and for people who do not report all income in taxes. It definitely would help with corruption. But then why do we have corruption in the first place, is the question? Once you have the answer then you fix the underlying problem and not try to play catchup.
If we go back to the days of God as your King, he would have had a law in place that if anyone is caught doing drugs or selling drugs, they will be stoned to death. Problem solved before it starts.
We wouldn’t have a huge military budget with all its corruption and waste because we would not need a huge military. Anytime a country came against the Jews, God destroyed them. Seldom did the Jews have to lift a finger, and when they did they were successful with little effort. The point is it was because of God they succeeded and not man. And I know even our atomic bombs are still no match for God. And even if every country joined forces and used everything they had against God, they still would not be successful. If we still respected him and let him be our God and ruler, we would have no problems and would not face corruption, high taxes, and government control. They would not be needed.
Yet for some reason people still believe we need government, with some believing the bigger the government with more control, the better. Some even gave into the idea that communism is the answer, which anyone who comes from a communist country will tell you a different story.
The one thing I can tell you for sure is we all need someone to rule over us. And we do have a ruler. Even the antichrist will have a ruler over him. The ruler or Gods are either Adonai in heaven, or satan the god of this world. Everything else is structured from top to bottom.
In this world it is from satan to the old big money families who control the governments normally using different organizations we do not see. Which is why a guy like epstein gains power, he is a part of the system. Supporting the worshipping of satan the way satan wants it.
And why do these things happen? Because we want men leaders and over time men become more and more corrupt. Instead of seeking to live according to God and righteousness. Argue with me you do not see this happening? How the laws are changing for the benefit of the evil ones in the eyes of God and from the ones who are righteous.
As said many times because of Yeshua’s prophecy about in those days it will be like no other time in history nor ever will be again. It just gets worse and worse instead of better and God seems to be a sleep to most people making it look like we need men leaders.
Adonai is not asleep at the wheel, but he is not driving your bus. You choose to remain on the bus you were born into, in which the driver is satan, and satan has his foot to the petal heading straight for everything evil and the opposite of Adonai. This is why you think Adonai is a sleep at the wheel. And how you think you can elect your men leaders and because you pray for them to your false god you made up based on a bible which has been rewritten and twisted the doctrine and then the men teachers twist it even more when they explain it to you.
So you call on this god which does not exist and want him to lead your corrupt man teacher and think it is going to work out good in the end?
Over and over Adonai tells the Jews when they follow an idol instead of me, so go to your god and tell him to protect you. This is exactly what is happening today, and is exactly why our founding fathers wrote the constitution they wrote so we did not get to this place we are in today. Yet here we are because instead of voting for men to uphold the constitution we voted for the free stuff willing to give up control and money along the way. The USA was the greatest place on earth, but no more it has become a place of whores and thieves.
Back to who is drving your bus. If you get on the bus with God you do not need man teachers and leaders. You actually prefer we did not have any of them. You know God will protect you if you remain in him. And if he doesn’t for some reason, you know it was your time and you get to go to a perfect place called heaven so you do not have to deal with this craziness anymore. So either way you win when you choose to get o nteh bus with adonai. But do not expect to remain in satans bus and have Adonai be in control of it. He does not work like that. This is the whole thing of being born again, you cannot keep doing things the same way you always did them, you must start doing them the way of God.
This is the problem in mens heads, they want adonais blessings and protection, but they want to keep living on their own terms and normal way of life. That is not an option with Adonai, although many religions make it out to be an option. And this is the biggest reason we do not understand God.
You either worship and praise and follow The Lord God Yeshua as all power was given onto him by Adonai. Or you do not. But when you do not choose to obey and follow him, then do nto expect any favors either.
