Are you really a part of the wedding feast?

“Then he said to his slaves, ‘Well, the wedding feast is ready; but the ones who were invited didn’t deserve it.  Matthew 22:8

This morning the Lord made two main simple points.  The first one is we are all invited to the wedding feast, but most invited do NOT deserve it.  Nor will they enter in.  He pointed out the verses of the wedding feast of both the one for the King’s son, and the one where 10 virgins were waiting but only 5 were really prepared, the other 5 were locked out when the groom came.

When the Lord was here on earth and taught the people.  He often referred to the wedding and how many people would not enter into the wedding feast.  He went after the Jewish leaders who were religious and invited to the feast, but who made up excuses as to why they were not coming.  Or maybe one did go, but did not put on his wedding garments so he was tossed out.  Or maybe the waiting was too long and you were not prepared for it and ran out of oil?

Whatever it is that is keeping you out of the Kingdom of God, it is your fault, not God’s.  God, with his true grace gives us all kings of warnings and opportunities to repent and turn from our sins and ways to him, but we ignore his light, and many times even call his light, darkness of the adversary.  Accusing the Holy Spirit as being an evil spirit and thereby blaspheming the Holy Spirit.

Yeshua made a point to me that this feast is not some sort of buffet where we get to pick and choose what we want to eat (that is how we want to act or what works we perform in life).  He will tell us or provide us with the bread of life, we must partake in it.  We cannot say I do not like the bread, or be like the 5,000 men and women who left Yeshua because he did not feed them the second day, but instead told the ones following him for a few days, I am the bread of life.  And they turned and walked away.  Even many of his disciples turn ed and walked away, only the 12 remained and even one of the twelve betrayed him.

Which is another point the Lord made to me, one I have been trying to understand for years.  Which is when Yeshua said “very few will find the narrow path.”  How many is very few?  Although I do not know the exact amount, this story in John 6 gives us a good idea.  There were 5,000 men plus women and children, so you can safely triple that number, probably much more than that as in those days before birth control they had a lot of kids.  And if free food was involved, they were there for sure.

So in the end only 11 out of over 15,000 were saved.  This is .0007%, well below 1%.  And keep in mind these were Jews, they were not some common man on the street.  The ones who were supposed to have the right relationship with God and salvation.  And they ignored and walked away from the one who even told them the parable of how the master of the vineyard sent his servants and they beat them, then sent his own son and they killed him, and then what the Master did to those who killed his son.  And many other parables to warn them about there evil ways and how they were wrong.  Yet the people stayed with their evil Jewish leaders and did whatever they told them to do over doing what the Lord, the Son of Adonai, Yeshua said to do.

A lot of this conversation with Yeshua comes because of my brother in law who helps take care of my dad.  Both are catholic and the other day he asked me about taking my dad to the church on Sunday.  To which I said no.  He gave me a look like I was doing something really evil and depriving my dad of something good and maybe even making him lose his salvation.  I started to explain why, but really left it vague.

There are probably some of you thinking the same as my brother in law?  But this is the point.  If I help my brother (or in this case my dad) to sin, then I join in on it.  These are Yeshua’s words not mine.  If my dad wants to go and stay in his catholic beliefs, it is not my deal.  I have told him the truth many times over the years and he has even said to me, I am following an evil spirit.  The last thing I am going to do is help him go and worship all these saints, Mary and whatever else.  And believe he is saved because he went to this whore church system that taught him this and many other evil things in the eyes of God.  If I do, then I share in those sins and in the eyes of God am supporting it.

Having grown up in the catholic church I know what they push as doctrine and very little of it is truth.  Most of it is pushing you straight to hell, and making it sound like it is of God to do it.  As if God is sitting up there smiling and the catholic church is one big happy family and we pray to each person who has died and worship them, even making statues and bowing down to them and kissing their feet.

To God, this is the worst sin, yet the catholic religion pushes it as a good thing to do.  There are other things the catholic church does that is a direct slap in the face of God.  God says do not do this, and they revolt and do it anyways as if they are the ones in charge and get to make the rules.

Before any of you christians say something to agree with me, that they are evil (because most of you would).  Your religious beliefs are the same, different but the same.  They push a god who never existed both in name and practice.  At least the Jews knew the true name of Father God, calling him Yahweh and Adonai.  They were just red necked and ignored his warnings from the prophets and even when he sent his own son.  And the religions do the same today.  They have their doctrine and beliefs from this doctrine of who they believe the son of God and Father God to be.  And when a man like me simply says you must know him and obey him as he is the way, the truth and light, and no one gets to the Father except through the son.  They argue with you and throughout this grace doctrine and their son of God is some sort of lawyer who goes against the Father on their behalf.

Good luck with that when you die and meet the true son of God who does not side with men, but always sides with the Father, he only does what the Father tells him to do, and then his Spirit will whisper this into your ear so you also can follow him and be right with him.  He does NOT go against the Father and argue on your behalf as to why you are good enough to get into heaven.  Yeshua NEVER goes against the Father, NEVER.

They all seem to think you are nuts or crazy because you can hear the voice of God, as if God has no strength or is not capable of speaking to us, or maybe just does not want to anymore.

The last part of that statement is somewhat true.  He is not sitting up there waiting and hoping you will repent instead of revolting.  But God is willing to talk with you when you humble yourself enough to hear his truth which condemns your actions and the way you live, so you can work out what he is working in you.  He will not talk to you about anything else, nor does he hear the voice of sinners.  Keep in mind a sinner prays to receive things for themselves, where a man who is after God’s own heart is seeking God for who God is and his righteousness and to live in that righteousness and bringing glory to God.  Two different things.

The question becomes why do we think God is here to only serve us and save us and we can keep living our lives anyway we want to and God has to be OK with it?  When it is the opposite, God knows the best way to live your life, a way that will glorify him and perfect you in the process.  This gives you a great life in total freedom (although it sounds like you are a slave because you have to do it his way).

God does not expect your obedience to him to give you a boring lonesome terrible life.  Obedience gives you a life worth living, he wants to prosper you in ways you would never imagined.  But you have to let him by obeying him.  And not by demanding him to do things your way.  Are
