They say, “Yah isn’t looking; the God of Ya‘akov won’t notice. Take notice, yourselves, you boors among the people! You fools, when will you understand? Will the one who planted the ear not hear? Will the one who formed the eye not see? Will the one who disciplines nations not correct them? Will the teacher of humanity not know? Psalms 94:7-10
Therefore, my dear friends, since we have these promises, let us purify ourselves from everything that can defile either body or spirit, and strive to be completely holy, out of reverence for God. 1 Corinthians 7:1
God made an interesting and very strong comment to me today about this doctrine of how God the Father no longer sees your sin, somehow this man Jesus Christ who is your lawyer also blocks the view of the Father so he no longer sees your sin. Which is a BIG lie, nowhere in the bible will you find anything even close to that. And the man they give the credit to for the grace doctrine where you will still sin, also says things like the above, how we are to purify ourselves of everything that defiles the body and spirit. As said many times there is nothing in the bible which says anything close to always a sinner and getting into heaven.
But this is the point the Lord made. Out of one side of the mouth of these men they say we all sin and always will. And out of the other side they want vengeance or cry because men sin against them and cause them problems. They are hypocrites, wanting it both ways. Where they can sin, and so can others as long as it does not affect other people, especially them. But if it affects them, then it is seen by God and a really bad thing.
A long time ago I asked God about sin and when it is too much, when does a man cross a line and make that last sin which does him in? It was a question based on a song at the time called as far as the east is from the west. At the time I still did not understand the grace doctrine was a lie, and assumed we would always sin. So when did the sacrifice of the Lord’s death not cover our sin?
Relating this back to the above comment or teaching from the Lord today. And how men are. And more so what the truth is. Because the Lord went on teaching me with everyday life examples, many of them hard ones. To break me of the grace doctrine idea and or the catholic confession salvation. In the end he made it really clear about John 3:19-21 which is also why I teach about it often, he keeps coming back to it.
In the end we are responsible for two main things, making our bodies and spirits holy and a living sacrifice to God. Glorifying God with these two things. We make about 1 million other things, but these are the only two things we need to take care of. And if we listen to God and then do what he says, which will be focused on these two things, we will fulfill the law.
The secret is to hear and obey the Lord, and if we do this instead of quenching the Holy Spirit, then we will be successful. It is really that simple. You cannot sin if you are in obedience to God.
But if you choose to not listen to God and disobey him, even out of ignorance because you believe in your religious doctrine instead of believing in Yeshua. (Believing in Yeshua means you hear and obey). The result of this is eternal hell.
Do not be a hypocrite and believe your sins are OK with this made up god Jesus Christ and other peoples aren’t if they affect you. Because no sin is OK with God, and Yeshua is not a lawyer. He is a mediator and works between the Father and us, but his work is in line with the commands of the Father, because Yeshua is one with the Father in Spirit and truth. He does not make himself one with us and fight against the Father, he is one with the Father and works to make us one with him in Spirit and Truth so we will also be one with the Father in all ways. He builds us up, not allowing us to remain the same miserable man of sin. He does not come down off his throne to stoop to our level, living in our dark sinful mire. He pulls us out of the mire and lifts us up on eagles wings.
This morning the Lord showed me this in a vision, reminding me of who I was when I first came to hear the voice of God because I was seeking truth. The visions showed me in a deep hole I had dug, full of problems and very dark. In debt and no income, no confidence anymore. Lost my family through a nasty divorce.
And now some 20 years later I look at my life and it is full of light, no more sin in my life, no more debt and with assets. I have a new family with 3 young kids who love me, and an amazing and beautiful younger wife who also loves me for some reason.
I saw myself little by little being lifted out of the hole and darkness and being lifted up higher and higher with success I never imagined possible in all areas of my life. And all of it is due to hearing and obeying what God shows me. There is no other explanation for it.
One last point, made many times over as well, but then that is how the Lord teaches, shows you the same thing over and over and over… Until it is so engraved in your mind and on your heart it is your law to live by and is automatic. The Lord brought up the verses again about “if you hear my voice and do as I say I will bless you. But if you do not hear my voice and do what I say, I will bring the same plagues on you as the Egyptians.” This still applies today. I just got news about an uncle of mine who was put in hospice today. He is catholic, although not sure how much of a catholic he even is. He has been overweight all his life, diabetic, on meds and now his kidneys and liver are shot. No hope.
Keep in mind we all die someday, and he is 78 so he lived a normal life span. But the point is he did not listen to God and turn from his sins against the body and be healed. Over half the people are in a similar place and on their way to the same results. Most are religious and call themselves “christians” and think they are special and saved, but they are not. They have the same sins as everyone else because they do the same thing as everyone else, they do not believe in the true living God, they believe in their religious god who gives them a different doctrine to salvation. Maybe confession and the “holy eucharist” like the catholics, maybe grace and a lawyer in Jesus type god. Or whatever god you believe in. But those gods do not exist, that is the problem.
Many believe in this “good god” who would never send anyone to hell, how is that love? But how do you read the above verses and see a god like that who is in control?
The truth is God is love and he wants us all to repent and come to salvation, but it is our choice, and the simple choice is to hear and obey him. He does so much to make this happen for every single person, yet most say no things and continue to live their own dark sinful life thinking their sin is Ok with God but those who sin against me, they are doomed. But sin is sin, because with the truth in God, he gives us a way out of sin, and we must take it if we will be saved. Most people choose the wide door leading to death, very few choose the door or gate to the path of life, a very narrow path.
And those gates are simply do you hear God and obey (the narrow path) or do you ignore the Lord like almost everyone else and follow your religious doctrine? That is the judgment.
