“Yes, indeed! I tell you, the person who doesn’t enter the sheep-pen through the door, but climbs in some other way, is a thief and a robber. But the one who goes in through the gate is the sheep’s own shepherd. This is the one the gate-keeper admits, and the sheep hear his voice. He calls his own sheep, each one by name, and leads them out. After taking out all that are his own, he goes on ahead of them; and the sheep follow him because they recognize his voice. They never follow a stranger but will run away from him, because strangers’ voices are unfamiliar to them.” John 10:1-5 CJB
As normal when I get into a debate about God and what he wants and expects with religious people. The Lord teaches me deeper and deeper about the subject and how his Kingdom works. I really do not believe I would understand the truth of Yeshua as deep as I do if I never spoke up about him and his truth. Over the years he has corrected me on some of my misunderstandings, and confirmed the ones which are truth. These days because I have heard it all and seen it all many times over, there is no confusion or misunderstanding anymore. It is only his truth I know.
And I see the problems as to why the people do not see in seeing and do not hear in hearing and then why they have not turned from their ways to be healed. The biggest two problems is first believing that me or anyone else can hear God speak and then be perfected in him. The second problem then becomes them overcoming their religious deception they have been taught and it is deep rooted in them.
There are other issues as well, like only hearing and believing what they want to hear and believe. Which is a derivative of the religious lies they trust in. To believe in the true God is not easy because he is extremely strict and demanding of his children. People prefer their made up god of one that is there to comfort them and heal them and prosper them just like they are, without them changing anything or giving up anything. And this is why the above verse, these men teachers are not telling about the Lord we need to hear and then follow as he leads us out because we know his voice and we do not follow the voice of the thief. The thief Yeshua is speaking of is the men teachers who teach a different doctrine and lead people to follow them. I have actually been in churches before where they tell you clearly who is going to follow me? Or one preacher told me he expected me to do things his way and that of his church and not obey the voice of God.
And some religious people have flat out told me it is dangerous to hear spiritual voices and obey them, because how do you know which to follow? You could easily be following the devil. And there is some truth to it, it is easy for satan to pretend he is light and follow him, especially when he lines up with telling you what you want to hear. There is no doubt in my mind I have heard satan before and did what he said thinking it was God only to find out later. And God never stopped me, but instead later told me or showed me about it. But this is a part of his real grace, especially when you do not have a church system really built on the cornerstone to help you, the elders of the church. Because this whore church system which has risen up does not know the voice of the Lord to know how to tell you what is of him and what is not. The early true church built by Peter on the cornerstone, the Lord. They did push this relationship and did NOT have a bible to refer back to. Actually much of the bible was not even written yet, there was no gospel written, no letters from Paul, Peter or John… to read back on.
There was the old testament and the stories of the Man who came named Yeshua. And then individual stories from each man who had experiences with the Holy Spirit and how he worked. The ones with the most experience were the elders of the church because they know the Lord the best and who he was. The purpose of the elders was to tell the new believers which were following the true God, and which were being led astray by the devil.
The whore church system looks nothing like the way it was established by Peter and the other disciples. Nor do they get the good fruit because of it. The people following the whore church system look the same as everyone else in their fruit or works. They have the same divorce rate, same cheating rate, same health issues, same family issues using counselors. Same everything.
But with God speaking to you and you following him, you do not have these same issues. You will learn a deeper understanding of how he works and what he expects. He will not let you eat trash to have health issues, and he will not bring the same plagues on his children as the rest of the people receive. As Yeshua said “you can drink poison and not die.”
Yeshua cannot make this more clear than the verse above. What part do we not understand about hearing his voice and following (obeying) him? How do we instead follow the thieves who break in the windows or some other way other than the front door? There is no other door you can go through which leads to salvation, other than the Lord.
Over and over in the bible it says to us to hear and obey the Lord, he is the only one who can lead you into all righteousness. It is not instant, he leads you little by little. How quickly depends on you more than him. If you are slow to understand and obey only the easy things to obey, and ignore the hard ones, then it takes longer. But if you obey everything he tells you it goes much faster. But eventually if you do not obey everything you will not enter through the narrow gate. There are no short cuts and no exceptions.
When my mom was dying from cancer and we knew it was over for her, I went back to see her one last time as she died about 1 month later. While there I went alone after the last night and saying good bye to her. I did not know what to say to her actually as I knew where she was going for eternity and it was not going to be heaven.
So I portrayed to God about her, and said cant you do something to make her change like you did to me? And he said, look at her! What else do you want me to do to her to get her to repent? I understood what he was saying because in looking at her, she looked like a Jew from the nazi camp. So I asked can’t you bring her to heaven anyways. And God made the point mostly with an instant flash of information, that how? How is he going to let an unholy person who did not repent into heaven, and more so would I want heaven to be the same as it is on earth? There is a reason why heaven is perfect and no more tears or problems. And it is because the few people who find the narrow path or gate have gotten rid of their selfish evil desires so they will live in harmony with everyone else. No one will have any hidden agenda or bring problems.
It was much deeper and more intense than this, it is not something you can even put to words when God shows you something that deep, you have to experience it for yourself. And after he shows you, you know why and what it takes to get into the Kingdom and why so many are left out. You see things so much better from his viewpoint and see how our own are evil in his sight.
And all of it comes back to the same point, do you know and hear the Lord and obey him? Or did you follow your own religion? My mom was a pretty deep rooted catholic, and she thought her salvation was secure in her religion. She did her church every weekend and holy day. She prayed to Mary and saints, did her communion and confession. She was a very good catholic.
But then christians know you do not pray to saints and that eating a piece of bread will not save you. Nor do they do confession because according to them the sinner’s prayer took care of it all.
And the catholics think they are the chosen ones, and the christians are not going to heaven. And the christians think the opposite. But neither sees the problems with their own religious beliefs. While neither is right because neither follows the good shepherd who leads his sheep out and calls them by name. These people have never been called by name. I have, and I follow him and him only and I see the good fruit I now bear because of following him and how bad my fruit was before knowing him.
No man in the flesh can bear good fruit worthy of repentance. Only a man who chooses to follow and obey the voice of Yeshua will bear good fruit worthy of repentance. One of the lies of the whore church system is that no one is worth no matter what and you cannot earn your way to heaven, it is by a fake grace. But that is one of many lies. We must earn our salvation, work out what God is working in us. We must truly repent and turn from our ways according to what the Lord shows us. There is no other way. Yet the religious people include atheists (because it is still a religious belief that there is no god). The way of atheist is it just ends and “thats all folks.” But it does not and so when they find out there is an after life, they end up in hell.
The last point today, and it is that each person thinks their way is the right way. In talking with an atheist yesterday he said you are imagining the voices in your head and believe in something that does not exist. No matter what he would have said I would not have believed him, but also no matter what I said he would not believe me. Same with the christians who preached a doctrine of imperfection and their god pretends to not see the sin… One interesting thing is this guy used a lot of verses with me, trying to sway me. But they were verses which spoke exactly to what I was saying. So I would ask him, how do you not see, because the verse is very specific and points to what I am saying. The first verse he told me was 1 John 1:7 which says “the blood of his Son Yeshua purifies us from all sin.”
I pointed out to him what it specifically says, you are purified from your sin. Not your sin is covered by his blood, or he pretends you are purified. But his blood purifies you, that is “IF” you hear and obey him. If you are still in sin, how are you purified? If you live in unrighteous ways how can you be righteous? There is no sin in a pure heart and no unrighteousness in a righteous lifestyle. There is also not a little bit of hell in heaven. They are night and day difference. In heaven there is no gray area like a dawn or a sunset time where it is not full of light. Heaven is all light, the light of the Lord, there is no need of a sun or moon.
