Seek first the Kingdom of God and its righteousness, and then everything else will be given to you! Matthew 6:33

Today is one of those double post days, where God keeps on teaching me things. This one should be short and to the point. Because the simple point is are you seeking the Kingdom of God and its righteousness? Or something else?
The Kingdom comes with wisdom, the other ways do not. And God does not hear the prayers of sinners. But why?
Because sinners have no wisdom, it drives a man nuts when he comes to know God and his wisdom and other people argue against it, defending themselves to the end with no validation or anything to back their lies, yet they still do not submit to the truth, to the wisdom. They just confuse things by changing the conversation to another point, hoping they can find something to defend themselves in their sin and dysfunction.
Two examples that lead me to this message today. First my aunt who keeps cooking at me as if I am very wrong and it is my responsibility to take my dad to the catholic church. And believe in the catholic way. And if you do not you are following the devil according to her words.
The interesting thing in our conversation, she never once backed her comments with anything. Not from the bible, not from even catholic doctrine. She just says what she expects to happen according to her own beliefs. And when you point out why her beliefs are wrong, using scripture. Things Adonai and his son Yeshua said. It is as if she did not hear you or recognize it to be true, and seek more wisdom. Instead she comes back with another attack on the truth again using nothing to support it except her own lies.
Basically because she heard something at some point in her life and believed it and has no idea where, That is her truth, and anything you tell her contrary she will not hear no matter how compelling.
Now my wife did something very similar. Many times over I have shown her some truth about something and she argues with me. She does not like me having more wisdom than her, she always wants to be the one who everyone comes to and says how beautiful she is and how smart. This example has been in the world for many years, almost 6 at this point,
Six years ago I bought some silver as an investment. It is up a lot, around 3 times of my original investment. She has yelled about it many times of how stupid I am for buying it (I am paraphrasing her comments). And a few times over the years I have told her how much we are up on it. She still argues, sell it and show me how much you sold it for and then I will believe.
So yesterday I had to sell some and did, and with the receipt it shows exactly what I have been telling her. I was up around 3 times on my initial investment. So I showed it to her. And she still argued and said OK, but how much did you invest in it. She was trying to direct the point in a different direction. She said, “yes but how much did you pay for them?” She knows I paid a lot less for them than this amount because we already had that discussion. And when I told her I tripled my investment more or less, obviously she never answered, she had no answer to save face.
And this is the problem, we argue from a human perspective which does not understand the wisdom of God. And we have no answers so we try to change the focus and then when we still cannot win we just do not respond. But we will never admit to not being right and repenting.
This is why we never hear God and why he does not hear the voice of sinners. Because they have no wisdom or understanding and why is God the creator of it all and all powerful going to care to hear your whining prayers asking for him to do things your way? He sees your ways and sees them for what they are, evil and bad. So why would he bless them and grant them to your favor?
The only prayer he hears is the prayer of the repented which is more like, “Lord tell me your will so I can do it. Because your Kingdom come and your will be done, not mine but yours. The true believers worship in Spirit and truth, not demanding their own ways and when they see that they have no argument left against the truth they just ignore it and walk away. God does not paly games with you, he simply does not listen to you if you choose to ignore his wisdom or light in favor of your own lies. Because no matter how good we are with worldly wisdom, it is still full of lies. We just do not see these lies because we are blind.
This is the point, are you seeking the wisdom of God and his Kingdom and its righteousness? Or are you demanding your own kingdom to come and your own will to be done and then expecting God to support you and bless you in it?
It is night and day difference, light and dark. God only works in the light, never the dark. If you do not come to the light he will never know you, and you will never know him.
After posting this the Lord kept teaching me some things, so this is the additional things.
The main point is you will NEVER get the same wisdom from a man, even if that man is deep in the Lord. Your wisdom must come from the Lord himself. Paul made this clear when the people tried to make him their god or Peter. He always pushed the people to know Yeshua and listen to him, the whole function of the church was this one point. And when the men tried to make the doctrine or point about something else, he always told them (many times in a tough way). That he was not their god and to seek the voice of God and obey. This is all I do as well.
As an example, just now the sun was setting so I went out on the patio to watch it and listen to the teachings the Lord had for me. His message was direct, because I looked over and my wife and she were watching some mind numbing things on her phone. Things that have no wisdom behind them whatsoever. The other day she was watching this show and started to cry because they made it emotional. I laughed, it made her upset. The difference is, if you listen to the Spirit he will tell you to stop watching things like that because they keep you in the flesh. God expects and wants you to walk in the Spirit, not the flesh. She has the right to do whatever she wants with her time, but some things will draw you closer to God and his wisdom, other things further away. Be careful of what you let into your mind.
The second thing God made a point of is my past. It is important to note I have not been like this since birth. The wisdom of God is not given at birth according to some special blessing on certain people who he seems to like over others. I had my days of no wisdom, doing many stupid things which lead me into real problems. Financial, family, divorce, I lost everything because of my bad works while living in my flesh.
But it was this stupidity on my part which caused me to re-examine my life in the eyes of God, and when he started to speak to me, I listened and did what he asked. That is when the wisdom came. When I started to hear and obey, not of myself. No man can obtain the wisdom of God by his own works and studying. It is given by the grace of God and in a way where no man can take the glory for it. We must give the glory back to God for his wisdom he gives us. If you really know him you cannot take the glory for his wisdom. You know it is because of him and nothing of your own doing. I never once went to God with anything to teach him. He knows everything, we are the ones who need to learn, so who is your teacher?
Man, yourself righteousness? Or God? It is obvious me and my aunt and wife are all with different teachers and levels of wisdom. So what makes mine right and theirs wrong? Who the wisdom comes from. And then the results or fruit you bear. My fruit before God in my life was as bad as anyone’s, although I never killed anyone. But now with hearing and obeying the lOrd with the Glory going to him. My fruit and results are excellent. And no one can argue against the wisdom that he gives me. They can ignore it, try to change up the conversation to avoid it. Or whatever way they try to make themselves look good and the truth and wisdom of God look bad. But when the rubber hits the road, the truth wins out. And the people hate it because it goes against what they believe in.
After my debate with both my aunt and wife, neither has responded to the last comments made in truth they can no way have an answer against. Not my truth, but God’s. For me I do not care about winning arguments or debates. I care that the people repent and turn to the truth and Lord, and unfortunately they do not. For whatever reason they do not want to admit defeat and argue with stupidity or when they have no stupid arguments left they just stop the debate. So the goal is never met where they stop and see truth. And seek truth. And say something like, oh, OK, I learned something new today and have more wisdom because of it. Thank you!
I am a man who is always seeking the truth, and then spreading this truth I get from God. It is not mine, it is of God and again the Glory goes to God, not me. Very few people do this, they instead are seeking answers from men or just wasting time with mindless things. But they never seek the wisdom and truth of God. If they really did, then they would know what I know because God is equal in this respect. He gives to anyone who seeks, Jew or Greek, white or black, US or MExican….
