A king gives stability to a country by justice, but one who overtaxes it brings it to ruin. Keep falsehood and futility far from me, and give me neither poverty nor wealth. Yes, provide just the food I need today; for if I have too much, I might deny you and say, “Who is Adonai?” Proverbs 29:4 y 30:8-9
A couple of things keep going through my head, and this is a great example of how the Lord incorporates him into daily living. Most of us see God as a God that wants an hour or two of your time on Sunday, to give him praise and thanks (without knowing him). And you are good for the week. The more holy ones according to men, are the ones who read their bible and pray during the week. But keep in mind what the Lord showed me and was written in the last post about our prayers, and how God sees them as an abomination because they are based on us asking for things we should not be asking for. This prosperity gospel is the best example of this.
But what God really is after in his true believers, the ones who worship in Spirit and truth. It is to hear him and obey him and he will guide your path, make your crooked way straight. In other words to tell you or show you how to live your life in a Holy way. One united in him. So if you do not hear him in order to be able to obey him. You cannot please him.
The law or torah is not for us to focus on and try to obey. It is the guidelines for us to know when the Spirit of God is telling us to do something. That we know it is him and not satan trying to clothe himself in light. Before the Spirit was given they had to meditate on them day and night. But now we have the Spirit who leads us into all righteousness, he helps us to upkeep the torah. Our focus now is not on the Torah but on the Spirit and keeping close communication with the Spirit in everything we do.
If you do not live like this, you have not been born of God, plain and simple.
So to tie this in with the verses, first there are so many verses about Kings and how they are evil or good and looking out for the good of the people. Paul wrote how we are to obey authority as it is appointed of God. But keep in mind he was speaking of a specific audience. No where does he speak of it as the whole since the beginning of time to the end of times. And speaking of the end of times, we will go to hell if we obey the “kings” and take the mark of the beast. So who would you listen to, something Paul wrote to a specific church, or what the Holy Spirit is telling you?
As a perfect example, the governments were really pushing the covid shot, making it almost impossible to not get it without mandating it. I disobeyed the government officials and refused to, as Yeshua said to me “do not put that trash in my body.” I did not know it was trash at the time, but I soon found out. But I also listened to his commands to me, and obeyed him and not our political leaders.
The leader of the US is destroying the US fast. In many ways. The taxes are a big way. He is putting tariffs on things imported which he says helps the USA, which is a lie. The end user (namely the US people) pay that tax, not the producer. Then on top of it he went into Venezuela and destroyed their economy, although it was 95% already there. And now Iran, which is a lot bigger issue than we can even understand. The US has bombed the hell out of their ability to produce and distribute oil, and both countries are fighting over the strait of Hormuz which is keeping any oil from exiting. Iran bombed the pipeline in Saudi Arabia. Iran also bombed most or all of the US military bases all over the middle east destroying most of them. And many other issues.
Here is the point of God. This one man’s decision is destroying the world’s economy and the survival of many people. Without oil, many countries cannot produce electricity, they cannot ship food, they cannot drive to work without gas. And many other issues. And why?
Because one man, who probably 99% of the world population does not agree with this man’s decisions to start bombing Iran. This one man is destroying it all. Ushering in the end of times it appears with the starvation and crippling of the world economy and people.
Ironically I like our chances here in Mexico, although we will probably have to comply. But we have plenty of oil to take care of our needs and still export. We are the leading producer of silver which is needed by the world for the bombs and AI and robotics, and many other electronics. We produce enough food to supply our needs and still export.
Those three things are the biggest issues we face, and all of them are commodities. I keep telling anyone who will listen, own commodities not cash products. Owning a piece of land you can raise food on to at least provide 75% of your needs is critical.
Keep in mind our enemies are not Iran, North Korea. The people living there are the same as the rest of us, they do not want problems. It is the leaders. And if you think otherwise, it is because you believe the king’s lies. Do not do that. For example trump has said Mexicans are evil, they are all rapists and cartel. But that is not true., I live in Mexico and the majority of Mexicans are great people. As a whole better than US people. The cartel are not such great people but the number is around 5% of the population, yet that is the label that Mexico gets.
The point is the kings are getting very corrupt. To make a point, I am not pushing this “no kings movement.” I am just pointing out what Yeshua said to me and shows me. Because what has the no kings movement done? Nothing! You get a bunch of people complaining and protesting and in the end nothing happens or changes.
The end of times cannot be changed, the message is not to try to change it. The message is to make sure you are on the right side of it. The side of righteousness. Those in righteousness will suffer, maybe even more than those who are not righteous. Because the darkness will rule the world for a time. And during this time, even the elect will be filled if it were possible, but thank God it is not possible.
On to the next verse about praying to have but not to have too much. I have watched the Lord give us too much. I do not like having the decisions to figure out what to do with the extra. At the same time I also know there is a reason for the extra. Just not sure what it is. Because in the end if we do enter the end of times, and if the 2030 agenda happens and they take it all. Then what was it for?
Yeshua also said to pray for your daily bread. Not to pray for wealth. I do love the life the Lord has given me, we can do almost anything we want to do, and we live in an amazing place with multiple homes. But as King Solomon wrote, Vanity, what’s it all for?
We do not have anything close to what Solomon had, but I still feel the same. What’s it for? I would be just as happy with a little ranch (which we have) and working on it to keep busy. We have two ranches actually and will have barely over $100,000 with our home on either. So it is not about spending a lot of money on them, but just a simple life, giving us our daily bread. Also keep in mind when the Lord said “give us our daily bread” he was not indicating we do nothing and Father God, Adonai would just give it to us while we sit around and be lazy.
Because I know the Lord and I know it is his blessings to me that we have. It does not allow me to become cocky or puffed up. It is actually the opposite, it is very humbling to me the Lord looks on me with that much favor to bless me like that. I do not see it as a “look at me and what I have done” moment. I look at it as a “wow, look at what God did in my life because I obeyed him and he blessed me” moment.
To finish this message, the Lord put on my mind “the birthing pains are here.” A few days back he made the point to me about how we need to walk in the light while we can because darkness is coming, and is now here. Most of you do not see it because you do not or cannot. But I have noticed a difference lately in how difficult it is to obey the Lord and his ways. As if the Spirit has left the world and we are on our own to defeat the enemy only based on our works and mediating on the bible or scripture.
I have had to really turn it up to another notch in my walk with the Lord. Maybe it is just me and not everyone. Maybe the warning for the darkness coming was just for me? Maybe not. Most people will never know because they do not know the difference because they never received the Spirit. You cannot understand if you never received the Spirit. That is not a condensating statement, it is a truth statement.
During this time I fell short, but I also fought the good fight and won the prize. Or at least for now. I do not expect satan and his demons to leave me alone. But for now they are. Through this fight I have been extremely grateful for the Lord’s help, because I also know when he was not there to help, leaving me alone to fight a fight impossible to win on my own. A lot of the reason for this fight is because of the blessings God has given me. Or at least things we see as blessings.
No matter, I felt the darkness enter in, and knew I was in the fight of my life. Not fighting directly against the evil, but a fight to seek and find the righteousness of God and obey him.
I do not know the exact reason yet for this, nor why he did it? Leaving me to fight on my own. I have a few hunches and thoughts about it. But nothing solid as of yet. The one thing I do know is the evil in this world is too much for anyone, no matter how good of a man they may be. So unless you seek the Helper, the Holy Spirit. You cannot be saved or overcome without the helper. It is not possible, which is one of the main points the Lord was reminding me of. Not sure why because I already knew that. However after going through what I went through I do see it in another light. And I seem to have a different perspective of things. A deeper understanding of how we need the helper and why Yeshua sent the helper. We cannot do it without him.
To tie this back to the verse, we need to pray for the help, not for material things. We only need our daily bread. And no matter if we are or are not in the end of times. Adonai will provide, if you know him.
That is the kind of faith God is looking for. A man who has no faith in himself to provide, but only in Adoinai to provide and keep us healthy and safe. But also to be OK if the Lord allows evil to have his way with us, because in the end our focus is on heaven not what we suffer in this lifetime.
