To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is in the Messiah in you, the hope of glory. Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Yashua. Colossians 1:27-28
The perfect life, what exactly is it and how does it look? This seems to be the big thing with men when you speak of perfection in the Lord. Men cannot see how, and in their “way” of seeing things no man can be in this life time.
There are way too many problems in this world to live a perfect life in the eyes of men. Where we see every day as perfect, never a conflict and never a problem with any man or thing. We have in abundance and never hunger or thirst nor cry any tears… This is how God tells us paradise in heaven will be, but he never promised it on earth, instead he promised us a life with trials, tribulations…
Many times I reveal how great my life is in Yashua, and it is amazing to me. The way we live, where we live, what he has blessed us with materially speaking… It is a fairly tale life of sorts, not exactly a Cinderella story, but almost as good. However two things, first is there are still many problems ongoing. As much as I love the condos we built, and love the views, there are things to correct not done right in the first place, and ongoing deterioration especially from the salt ocean air. And I have to deal with other owners and especially the one who is trying to screw us over financially and sued us, then threatened our lives on top of it.
Now I can just tell you all the good things, the amazing views and peace that comes from watching amazing sunsets over the ocean. The amazing coastline views with white water and dolphin shows. With the only noise you hear is the ocean waves and nothing else. And ignore the problems, making you think what a life! A LUCKY MAN. And it would be a lie without telling you the problems also. Or I can focus only on the problems and make people feel sorry for me. But I do not do either, instead I stay focused on the truth of God which tells me it is the problems I faced and still face which perfect me, and grow me and then give the blessings which come from the Lord. The money he has given to us to manage and the place we get to live is amazing, but it came with huge sacrifices over the years. It all works together for my good, this is where the peace comes from, not from living a life where you try to appease everyone who asks you to do sinful things. Or support their sinful ways. My life is truly at this point in time, perfect in Yashua, because I only listen to him and do his works or deeds, what he tells me to do. For no other reason, and very few will understand why I say this.
The perfect life in the messiah is not without problems, because the evil people in this world (and we all are evil to some degree in the flesh and all are born into the flesh in the first birth). It makes for a life full of manmade problems, as well as things sent to us to derail us, sent from satan and the demons.
The problem comes in because we have a vision of the heavenly dream and think that is the only chance of perfection in this lifetime, which is not possible. God puts it on our heart to help in going through this life in search of righteousness to achieve the dream or goal. But it is not possible to live a life like that here on earth. So what is the perfect life according to the Lord?
The perfect life here on earth is to come to the light or wisdom of God, to understand him and what he wants, and then listen to him and live in that light. In the days of Paul, they did not have a bible to read and understand what was expected, so the elders and leaders of the true church taught them, and lead them into the light, the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the true voice of God. The purpose of the teachers at that time was to help them to understand the voice of God and that of satan, so they knew what to follow. Otherwise you get lead astray easily, because men love their sin and “way” of living more than the truth which is difficult to follow, but also sets you free.
To remind you of what was written yesterday about a church I went to called agape, and how one woman was talking on and on and on about how another women in the church helped here with a very tough circumstance. It seems or sounds exactly what we are supposed to do, it sounds like being a servant to all, right?
The point the Lord made to me then and again now is no, the savior becomes the woman who helped and no one was lead to the truth, the voice of Yashua who would have not just smooth over the problem for the short term, but would have used it as a teaching of why it happened and how to make sure we do not go down the same road again and again like most people do. This is what satan wants more than anything, to keep you in insanity, doing the same sinful or dysfunctional thing over and over, ignoring the voice of the savior who is there ready to tell you how to get out of this rut and get into step with him.
Another example on the evil side is the recent death of the pope Francis. So many are speaking of him as a certain man of god, doing gods works, but did he? Many will say I am judging with what I am going to say, but am I? Because the Lord has shown me clearly about the pope and how he sowed to the flesh to please the men and not to the Spirit of God. He was not the first pope to do this, as it has been ongoing almost since the beginning, getting more and more evil in the eyes of God as time goes on. And sadly men do not see it because they love the lust of the flesh more than the truth in God and think God is good with their lust and evil hearts desire, but he is not. He has a better way, a better life for you than this, if you only listen and obey. My life is amazing not because I listen to men like the pope who tell me I am OK the way I am and as long as I try to be a good person I will be in heaven, no matter if atheist or practicing gay sex or whatever. Most of what he pushed is adultery to God, and I can tell you with no doubt, he is paying a heavy price now. Even though many again will disagree with me and think I am the evil one for saying this and passing judgment on him.
The whore church system has become exactly that, a whore. It substitutes men and women to do the counseling and healing pushing the lust of the flesh over the truth in God which these two things are in direct conflict with each other, like water and oil they do not and cannot mix. You either love one or the other, and the problem with many is they are so selfish and self-absorbed they will not let the light in to show them who they are in the eyes of God and so their doctrine is to follow men who tell them about a different God, one that suits them and makes them feel good about their fleshly desires. And satan is happy to help you find these men teachers. Designed to keep you out of the Kingdom of God. Again the pope was a perfect example of this.
So back to perfection spoken about, what does it look like in the eyes of God? Perfection in this world and lifetime can only be displayed in one way. We know the Lord, we hear him and obey him every time. And by obeying him he will lead us into all righteousness, so our works or deeds, the things we do are righteous for everyone. Not necessarily what other people want from you because remember other people are selfish and demanding, so they will try to walk all over you. But it will be a righteousness of what is best for everyone in accordance to the eyes of God, not the eyes or ways of men who see things according to the flesh instead of the Spirit.
At first it is so foreign to us and seems so wrong because the way we live has been so different, our ideas or doctrine is so wrong, it takes a true faith to come to the understanding. And time, you will find it difficult to obey at first, because you are programed to do things in another way. Yashua must break these doctrinal habit sin you so he can reprogram you to do things right. Be born again! And you will fall short of his glory a lot at first, and less and less as time goes on. Eventually you are reprogramed and you no longer walk or do things according to the flesh, but everything is done in the Spirit automatically. And if you start to do something not of the Spirit, you will feel his restrain, then stop and change course to remain in him. If you don’t and ignore the conviction of the Spirit, then repent! He is righteous to allow you back. But you would never use this as a reason to disobey when you want to fulfill the lust of the flesh. You know that road leads to BIG problems and separation from the Lord. In the current teaching of the Christian religions, they never tell you this. They just make the Lord Yashua as some sort of man who did it all on the cross and accepts us the way we are. That he is some sort of blessing machine, your to order around.
But the way you are is not acceptable to God the Father, nor can be. And your works in the flesh are evil in the eyes of God, because we believe they are good like the example of the women in church, or the pope, does not make them good in Gods sight. Only works done by the guidance of the Holy Spirit are good in the eyes of the Father. And this is perfection in his eyes.
Hear him and obey him in everything you do, make your works the good works of the messiah, he will lead you into all righteousness, making you perfect in the eyes of God the Father. Your part or job is to spend time with him and listen to him all day everyday, then do things the way he shows you to do them. Then they will be perfect. Not perfect according to the world, no one can do anything perfect according to the world, because the people of the world all have a different idea of what is perfect. How can you do everything perfect in the eyes of all the people when they all have a different idea of what is perfect? It is not possible.
And it is also not possible to be perfected in Yashua if you do not believe it is possible in him, and then do the good works he shows you to do. This is all we must do, listen and obey him!
