A gentle response deflects fury, but a harsh word makes tempers rise. Proverbs 15:1
There are two things going on in my mind these days, one is regarding the above verse and how people are these days. I have an ongoing conversation with a client who became a good friend. And it revolves around how crazy people have become, demanding, expecting. They want everything for free it seems and use harsh words. We both are trying to figure out the exact catalyst for this?
So I asked God, and the thought that came to mind was how the people have become fat in the past few years. For 1,000’s of years there were a few people fat, but less than 1% and now it is well over 50% and growing. The point God was making is what caused it is also causing this issue with the people expecting everything to be done their way or else and everything for free, and using “harsh words” if they do not get it.
So even though the Lord did not give me the exact answer, like it is xyz drug or abc toxin in the food these days. The basic message was given. It is what the people who control these things are doing. They have destroyed our food and water, and the vast majority of the people are on drugs. Some prescribed, some illegal.
They also have been working on the mental aspect, dumbing down the kids in school, limiting their abilities to work, so they sit around all day doing nothing in the home watching tv or surfing the web. The media is pitting us all against each other, rich versus poor, republicans versus democrats, christians versus islamist…
They have made it impossible for a young person fresh out of college to find a job and have a chance to get ahead. They have destroyed the economy and on purpose so the anti christ can control it all and get people to agree. For example if the US was still what it was when I was younger, a land of opportunity, the “american dream.” And it was the American dream. But if it still was a land of opportunity, then no one would ever agree to allow someone to take it all and give us a monthly wage to live. So they slowly made laws to make it difficult to make enough money to run a business, to live off a paycheck… And slowly people started to lose it all.
I can go on and on about the changes, and none for the good. But the main point is the system is the problem. So the solution is we need to get out of the system and limit ourselves our time with the people who choose not to get out of the system. And at the same time try to convince those same people to come to know the Lord, obey him for them to work out their salvation. Keeping in mind the “christian religions” are not the way to salvation and are as much a part of the same crazy system as the rest.
This is the second part of it all, remaining in this world and trying to get people to come to be a disciple of Yeshua. It is our calling, yet people do not want to come, they prefer their version of the son of God, Jesus. The one who is not so confrontational and demanding to be perfect and Holy. The one who allows you to participate in this world expecting free stuff and can use harsh words.
I find most christians are co-dependents, one minute happy go lucky and charming, the next they are pissed and attacking you.
I tend to point out the christian and catholic religions the most, because those are the ones I was in and know them well.
The second point God made to me as I was thinking back on my old days, mostly about women that I both dated a little, and or could have. Mostly about 2 women when I was in college who were beautiful, both were beautiful, one even masked me out. I never went out with either, and to this day cannot figure out why not? There were also two women who came to mind that I did date for a while, both really good women and easy going, no drama. Not as beautiful but we had a very good relationship.
The point is why did I not pursue any of these women more? And also what if I had waited to leave my ex wife until after my daughters were out of the house like I initially decided to do? And my older daughters were still in my life?
Basically the old saying “what if?”
In the end what the Lord is making the point of to me on this one is how we have free will and exercise it, but at the same time the Lord is still in control of things with a divine end to it for us, the us being the ones who eventually come to know God.
As mentioned many times, the people who go through life without any major challenges and live a good simple life, they never change and come to know God. My life is mostly troubles, one after another. My wife gets mad at me sometimes like it is all my fault, and some or maybe many of the things were my own fault. But these days they are by the hand of God because I do not do anything without his hand on it. But with him there are always reasons for the short term problems we face, because they are giving us a glory that far outweighs them all.
So what if I had married one of the beauties, and had a more simple life? Maybe God would have somehow gotten me here to Baja Mexico, living in front of the ocean… But if I was still married to her I would not know my wife and have my 3 young kids. Plus the odds are slim I would have moved here and understood what I understand.
But the point is I can see how God put a stop to going on a date with either of them. And how in my heart I knew the other two women would have made good wives with a simple life. That it was not for me, it would have ended wrong. So the Lord made it not happen.
There are similar stories in the bible where people knew they were supposed to do something for men of God, and did them. Like when the disciples went to get the donkey for the ride into Jerusalem. The man who had the donkey knew to let it go for the Lord, even though no one talked to him about it beforehand.
Even with our free will, the Lord still makes his divine purpose to work out, but we do not see it at the time. Later we see why when we think back and wonder why I did not do that when I had the chance? Because I can tell you it was in me, that is my flesh, to do what my flesh would have wanted to do, which would have been to go out with these women.
So to tie these two things together in a way. If I had gone with my fleshly desires, I would have probably turned out much different today and been the same fake christian or remained catholic, and taken the meds and vaccines and gotten involved in politics and… Basically been in the world as I was before and maybe deeper into it.
But as it turns out I made different decisions in line with what the Lord wanted for my life down the road. Somehow I know he knew he would bring me to Baja and meet my wife and have my kids, adopted and my own flesh and blood in my son. He even showed me I would adopt and have a son before I had any idea I would move to Baja. God knew it all, and he set up my circumstances and influenced my decisions to make it happen as it happened. Influencing my free will to make his will happen in my life which also is about me eventually giving up my will to follow his perfect will in all my decisions.
