Adonai takes delight in his people, he crowns them with salvation! Psalms 149:4
For the people who believe in this loving god who would NEVER send anyone to a place like hell, because how is that love? Think again. God is love, but love is not what you think it is. We get this crazy idea love is acceptance or tolerance of our human nature. Yet the more I go deeper into the things of the Lord and understand him and what he expects and why. The more I understand why we as humans in the flesh are NOT acceptable to him. And the more evil a person is, the worse the punishment. We are judged by our works. Which is another lie many “christians” believe.
We have no excuses to be who we are, the Lord Yeshua did two things when he came. He died for the sins of the people, but he also opened a door for the Holy Spirit to come back into the world and enter into any man who seeks him. This is an amazing act of love by Yeshua, dying a sinful man’s death when he was not sinful. And in the way he died, a brutal death. In doing so he set things back to the way they were intended to be in the beginning before Adam and Eve ate from the bad fruit.
BUt this was as much a curse to the people as a blessing. Because now with the Holy Spirit in the world and available to us all. We have no excuses for our sinful nature. A man in the flesh cannot help but to sin, however a man walking in the Spirit, born again. He will not sin because he cannot sin because the Spirit is in him. This does not mean the devil will not trip him up from time to time, but it means he will not practice sin, and the times the devil trips him up are few and far in between.
You will know them by their fruit. A man of the Spirit of God can see those who are bearing good fruit and why, and those who are not and why. Adn we know how the judgment is and how they will be judged. Unless or “IF” they repent. Your judgment today if you died, can be the opposite tomorrow or next year if you died. The dy you die you must have the Spirit of God. The Spirit will make you righteous, not a pretend righteousness where the Father cannot see your sin anymore but you still sin. But a real righteousness where you have been set free from sin and no longer sin.
As it is written in 1 John 3:6 “So no one who remains united with him continues sinning; everyone who does continue sinning has neither seen him nor known him.” and verses 9 y 10 “No one who has God as his Father keeps on sinning, because the seed planted by God remains in him. That is, he cannot continue sinning, because he has God as his Father. Here is how one can distinguish clearly between God’s children and those of the Adversary: everyone who does not continue doing what is right is not from God.”
Now one could make a point that the Psalms verse is before Yeshua came, but how do you dismiss all the other teachings which make it clear we are to never sin when we have the Spirit, like these verses above? John wrote this after Yeshua died and he had received the Spirit.
When the psalmist wrote “you destroy all who adulterously leave you.” This is the point, that the church system that you follow, whatever it is, and whatever they teach you. If it is anything other than knowing God and obeying him, which is the part you must do in order to be born again into the Spirit. And then the good fruit you will bear which is no longer sinning, but instead you will bear the fruits of the Spirit which are written in Galatians 5:22-23 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility, self control. Nothing in the Torah stands against such things.” This is how you know you have the Spirit and if you remain in the Spirit that you will obtain salvation.
I keep telling everyone how quickly this life goes, and the only real purpose for this life should be to work out what God is working in you. In the next life no one will be impressed with how much money you made, or how successful you are, or any of the things we focus on in this lifetime. The next lifetime is forever, never ending, this short lifetime is for a few years, maybe one day, maybe 120 years. But that is it. So why do we spend so much time focused on trying to obtain riches and praise from the people of this world which fades away quickly?
The interesting thing about following and knowing and obeying God is that he does not leave you broke and worthless. Like some little pion to walk all over. His perfect love builds you up and makes you strong in many ways. His wisdom gives you amazing knowledge you cannot obtain in any other way except through his Spirit, and that wisdom separates you and makes you successful. It glorifies God, and then God glorifies you with it.
In my life, I seeked first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness. I left all I had, gave what little money I had to the poor and followed Yeshua, literally. Not just a mind thing, but literally. And I thought I would be poor and broke all my life, single and simply teaching what he taught me. I was that in love with God to do that, and still am. But the point is in doing this, God did with me what he did with Job, and he restored what I had before my fall and then some so the second half of my life is way better than the first. And the reason it was restored was not just some random blessing like winning the lottery and becoming an instant millionaire. Although I did win the lottery with my beautiful sexy wife. It was restored in a way where the wisdom of God made it not only possible, but really the only outcome. God also changed my mind set from what I thought I was supposed to be and do for him, to what he really had for me. And the two are almost the opposite.
My thought was he was taking me out of my world and into a different one. But instead he was working into me to be in the world but not of it. He took my first marriage and kids, the little wealth I had accumulated, my career, my dignity and confidence… Everything! And gave me back and then some, except the confidence, it is in him and his way and not in me and my way. I have a very strong confidence level in God. I do not want to do anything my own way anymore because I know it will not end up good. But I also know not to do it any other mans way either. When I refuse to be subject to men when they go against the truth in God, they take it as being selfish and cocky or whatever. But it is the opposite, it is the most humble way a man can be.
Circling back to the main point, which this all tells of that point. Do not follow the adulterous whore church system! Instead follow the one who not only can set you free from sin and leave you to walk in righteousness. But he will for all who seek him and it!
