Adonai is my light and salvation; whom do I need to fear? Adonai is the stronghold of my life; of whom should I be afraid? When evildoers assailed me to devour my flesh, my adversaries and foes, they stumbled and fell. If an army encamps against me, my heart will not fear; if war breaks out against me, even then I will keep trusting. Psalms 27:1-3
David wrote this after saying how he is living a righteous life and restrains from the people who are unrighteous. Paul warned us about hanging with gossipers, and evil doers. The problem with life is we get caught up with the things of this world and participate, and many participate thinking they are doing the “christian” thing. And actually they are doing the christian thing which is not a Godly thing. God expects righteousness, nothing less. When we choose to participate with the things of the world, and live in the sin it produces, it separates us from God.
In God there is no fear, only a healthy fear of him. David’s writings sum it up clearly, how he fears no one, he knows Adonai is there to protect him no matter who rises up against him.
We do not seem to understand this one, no matter what happens it is the will of God and even if it is something difficult for you to deal with, you cannot do anything to stop it. It is going to happen no matter what. It also works the opposite way in that if people rise up against you, no matter who they are and no matter what they have at their disposal. It can even be the entire US military against you and they would not succeed, if it is the will of God. We think we need a HUGE military to protect us, which also shows the lack of faith in the zionist Jews who think they need the US to protect them. But then again, the zionist are not real Jews, they are a man made religious cult to take control of the world. Just another piece of the puzzle.
Here is the other aspect of it, if you are NOT righteous and live a sinful life, then you are in the world and of the world and will be subjected to the same things the other people will be affected by. But if you live according to the ways of the Lord, which is exactly what David said he does as written in Psalms 26:3 “I live my life in your truth.” You cannot live in the truth if you do not hear his voice tell you the truth, because in the flesh we live a lie. You might argue with me about that, but when you come to know the Lord and hear him, then you will never argue this. YOu will know the lie you lived in even though it seemed like the truth when you lived it. ANd this is where grace comes in, it is not a license to keep living in the lie, it is a gift because God knows you had no idea the lie you lived before, but now that you come to the truth, you will repent and live a different holy life. Until then you ignore the light and live in darkness and sin and are separated from God. And anyone separated will NOT enter into the Kingdom of God. We must enter only through the Light of the Lord Yeshua, our messiah.
It is the light and truth which sets us free, shows us this lie we are living in, the dysfunction and sin. So then we can make the changes we need to make so we no longer live like that. Religion and men teachers cannot do this in you no matter how deep they are in the Spirit. I cannot make you Holy. I can tell you what Yeshua has shown me and tell you things to keep you on the narrow path. But I cannot tell you and explain the truth to you to set you free. It is absurd these religions appoint a man who is supposed to lead you to salvation. It is not possible, we as men are only supposed to discipline the nations to Yeshua, and let him do the rest of the work. And then get together from time to time to share our stories or revelations God has given us. Not for some men to get up and sing some songs and then have a man quote bible verses we are supposed to live our lives by. Yet this is what they do and like the blind following the blind, we all fall short of the glory of God. We might be the one always learning, but unable to come to the understanding, which from such we are to stay away. No gathering with them and ignoring their shortcomings. Yes we should try to convince the man of his wrong doings, but if that man wants to continue learning without coming to know Yeshua and his truth and light, there is no hope. So stay away.
I shared the story a few weeks back of two couples here in my condo development who are “christian” really catholics if you consider them christian. And how in their minds I was not being “christian” which I am not a “christian” so they are right. But in their minds a “christian” is of God. And as a man of God I am supposed to be agreeable with them and gossip with them and remain in their dysfunctional way so as to not upset anyone. But the truth does upset people, the truth or word cuts like a double edge sword to the bone, separating the bone from the marrow and Spirit from the soul.
To them because of their beliefs and religious teachings, it is the opposite. Never do anything to upset the people who go to church, but to agree with the church and its leaders who are blind.
They cannot understand what you tell them, it makes no sense. But then they keep ignoring the light or wisdom of God and do the opposite of what David did. And this is why they have fear of men and the world.
The last point Yeshua made again. It is about love and fear. And how perfect love drives out all fear. And how to define love. Because love is not the emotional feeling we believe it to be. It is a deep respect and affirmation towards others. It is respect. And when it comes to God, respect means you do what he says. If you love me, keep my commands!
This is how love drives our fear, because you know if you are walking in righteousness like David said he was. Then God will NOT leave you. Your salvation is always secure, no matter what men can do to you. However in most cases he will also protect you in this lifetime, and if the day comes, which it will that you die. And you die at the hands of the evil men. You will know and expect it.
Last quick point, God made it to me, which is how the religious people always throughout history have gone after those who are righteous in God. We seem to be a threat to them, they cannot handle the message of truth and hate us because of it, and put many to death either physically or mentally by kicking you out of the church. He also made the point that those of us who are worshipping in Spirit and truth, do not do that, we would never kill another man because he did not worship in Spirit and truth. We will have nothing to do with them, or very little. Not because of hate but because we do not want their doctrine to affect us, and it can.
The main point is nothing has changed, it is still the same today. The religious people hate the truth!
