Who is the person who fears Adonai? He will teach him the way to choose. He will remain prosperous, and his descendants will inherit the land. Adonai relates intimately with those who fear him; he makes them know his covenant.Psalms 25:12-14
It just seems like recently everything the Lord is showing me is about hearing him, letting him teach you, doing it his way. And then the fruit you will bear from it. Look at the results of being obedient to his teachings and way! The man will remain prosperous and his descendants will inherit the land. And how Adonai relates intimately with those who fear him.
The beauty of this verse is I have lived it. In my first half of life doing the religious thing, I did not live it. But the second half, it is exactly like this.
Many times I have written about the light or wisdom the Lord gives, and how if you are a business man there is no way you cannot be prosperous by hearing and obeying him. Not reading a bible and listening to religious men teachers, but hearing and obeying him.
On a similar note, the Lord gave me one of his one line zingers. He said to me “religious people will not inherit the Kingdom of God, only those worshipping in Spirit and truth!” This may not make sense to you, but a religious person who is engulfed in his religion does not hear God and does not obey his commands. They do not and cannot understand the things of God. But those who fear him and hear him and then obey what he tells them. They will!
The Lord showed this to me as being something that has happened since the beginning. Abraham left his parents because they worshiped false God’s, and according to the Jewish bible version, they knew it was wrong but too afraid to stand up to the men in charge who expected them all to worship their man-made god. So Abraham left and went away. Obviously we all know the story of the golden calf made by the Hebrews. The Lord reminded me that Moses had barely been gone and they already ignored all they saw Adonai do to the Egyptians to free them, and in an instant some of the men made themselves the new leader and made a golden calf and everyone followed the leader.
This is an ongoing problem, men do not like what God says and go and follow weak men who make up a god more favorable to them. The christian religion is no different, they think they are right because they pray to the god they know from the bible, and believe the bible is the word of God. But it is not and the religion is not God. God is God and he does not need a bible or religion to tell us about who he is and what he expects of us. Keep in mind Abraham did not have a religion to follow, he shunned the people of his day who were pushing religion and false god’s and obeyed Adonai instead.
This is the point, do not follow the leader! Follow the Lord of Lords, King of Kings, Yeshua. Men will do what they can to make themselves your leader, your ruler, deceiving you and taking your wealth, and these days your health mentally and physically with it.
I see the governments and religious teachers who tell us what we want to hear to gain power over us. And then screw us over. The whole system is set up this way. And satan is very much in control or power over the majority of the people. Do not be one of those people following “men” leaders. Follow the one and only leader who can get you to the Father, the Lord Yeshua.
These luke warm ‘christians’ make me want to vohmet as it does the Lord. But then when you are trained you will become like your master, and the Lord Yeshua is my master, not some man teacher. I listen to them and their lies, seeing the people follow blindedly and knowing where they are going because of it. All the while they think they are saved and will see the Father because of their religious beliefs. And they talk about their relatives and friends who died and how they are in heaven, or maybe purgatory. It amazes me listening to catholics about the dead. Because in one breath they are talking about how they are in heaven, and the next they are doing a ‘mass’ for the dead person to get them from purgatory to heaven. So which is it? Because they cannot be in both places at once. Plus I would love to know where they came up with this concept of purgatory? It is nowhere in the bible. There is no system of men left here on earth being able to pray for the dead and get them into heaven because of their prayers. The bible does say however that “we know God does not hear sinners.” So how do these people who died in sin, get to heaven by the prayers of a sinful man still on earth when the Lord does not hear their prayers?
Today I was speaking with a friend and he made a comment about hearing these preachers tell about a fake grace, OSAS doctrine, seeing these men sin all week long and spend 1 hour in church and everything is OK.
I also hear my dad talking with a friend who calls daily to have “spiritual time” and all the y do is read a bible verse, the other guy gives his 2 cents about what it means, and that is getting them holier and going to heaven. And the funny thing is their take on the bible verse is not even close to what Yeshua is showing me. And today (Sunday) my dad was listening to the catholic mass on his phone. More than once I have told him this will not get him to heaven, and what we all need to do. Same with many of my relatives and friends and even people I just meet at times if the opportunity presents itself.
Like yesterday I was at our ranchito and our neighbor was in his yard working so I went up and introduced myself to him and we talked for hours. He confessed to being a part time catholic, and goes to church sometimes. But as we talked he knew a lot of what I know regarding righteous living and paying attention to your thoughts. He sees most of the same dysfunction I see in this world. We had a great talk, and when we were almost finished he said to me you are a lot further ahead than me in God. There were many bible verses I told him about to make the point of hearing God and obeying him. Like Paul saying to capture every thought and keep them in God. It seems he did not really understand he was hearing God and satan, but I think he understood it after we talked and will be able to understand more going forward which Spirit to listen to, the Holy or evil Spirit.
This man understands a lot of the things of God and seldom goes to church. My dad who went every weekend and still does his little spiritual things, which are not spiritual at all, does not understand at all what God wants, and his works show it.
The problem comes because we judge according to our own belief system. Not Gods judgment system. And those who went before us, we believe they are in heaven, and they have no way to warn us they are not. So we keep up this little belief in a lie, thinking we also will go to heaven. And the prophets come and warn us, then the son of God came and warned us, and now men like me warn you. And still we keep going back to our own man made god who is easier to follow, more agreeable with us and our sinful life. But that god does not exist and will not get you to heaven and the Father.
As the verse above says it is about letting God teach you his ways, and then live in them or be doers of the word you receive from God (not your bible or a man teacher). This is the point of John 3:19-21 that the light came into the world and man liked the darkness more than the light so they hid themselves… If you do not let the light shine into your darkness and show you who you are and why God is not pleased with you and your works are evil. Because all of us do evil works apart from God. And then make the changes he shows you to make so you do not do those evil works no more. Then you have nothing with God.
